When I got to the property there was a Guy sitting at the front door smoking. He looked like he may have been a permanent resident? I reserved a king room and was confirmed that I had a king room at check in. When I got to my room it was a double room 2 beds. I was tired and did not want to deal so I stayed in the room. The carpet had gross stains in the area between the beds. I went out later and the smoker was still there and when I came back he was still there. When you hate the smell of smoking and the law says you should not smoke within the entrance area the hotel should monitor this. I only stayed one night and will look elsewhere next time I am in the area
