Welkom in Lair De Leon. Grote zes slaapkamers, oude Florida stijl huis met een groot afgeschermd verlicht zwembad voor zomeravond zwemmen. Heel privé. Weelderige tropische tuin. Open plattegrond, grote eetkamer voor het gezin. Loop met de kinderen naar de Alligator Farm of naar het amfitheater zonder zorgen over parkeren. Een steenworp afstand van de oudste vuurtoren in de VS. Kun jij de 219 stappen maken? Tegenover Anastasia State Park. Wij zijn centraal gelegen voor al uw vakantiebelangen.
U kunt fietsen naar het strand, thuiskomen om te zwemmen, een ijsdrankje drinken en kijken hoe de vogels naar huis vliegen naar de Alligator Farm, aan het zwembad. Start de BBQ en chiminea, smeer met de kinderen onder de gigantische eik buitenshuis. Ga dineren aan de overkant van de brug van leeuwen in het centrum of aan de overkant van de weg in een van de eilandrestaurants. Als dat niet genoeg is, wacht je een nachtzwem. Het is jouw vakantie, waarom niet? Dit is het oude Florida, alles is ontspannen en comfortabel. Ons huis wacht op de familie.

Family Reunion

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Pool area was great and we loved having it screened in. Location! Location! So close to all kinds of activities and St. Augustine. Michelle was a wonderful host, answering any questions and concerns promptly. Recommend this home to any large group looking for a relaxing stay!

We had a great Thanksgiving vacation in this house. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The house has everything you will need. It is very close to downtown and the beaches. Michelle was wonderful - we had some questions and she got back to us very quickly and was very helpful.

The house is just perfect for families of various ages. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. Having a outside grill is an added benefit. Location is great...within walking distance to the Alligator Farm. Everything is within a short drive. Beautiful home! Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Home

Not only was the house spotless when we got there, but the pool was clean and perfect for both families who stayed there. The location is very close to Anastasia State Park which is the best beach access if you want to avoid fighting for parking along A1A Beach, and it’s also close to great restaurants in the area (O’Steens, OC White’s, Mellow Mushroom, etc). The owner was awesome and is available for any issues or assistance with the area. Highly recommend and we bookmarked the house for future visits!

A perfect oasis!

We had such a wonderful stay in Michelle's home! It really seemed like staying in the home of a friend, not a VRBO. The house is very well equipped with plenty of everything - dishes, utensils, towels, pots & pans, paper products, soaps, cleaning supplies, an extra propane tank for the grill, pool floats and toys, comfy blankets... Michelle has really thought of everything. There was plenty of room for all of us, and everyone slept comfortably. We loved having the pool so we could come home and cool off at the end of a hot day downtown or at the beach. The location was perfect for us too - a very short drive to either downtown St. Augustine or out to Anastasia State Park. Throughout the reservation process and during our stay, Michelle responded almost immediately to every message. She was even kind enough to postpone a tree removal to accommodate our short notice stay. We love St. Augustine and we loved this VRBO experience. We are so thankful for lots of sweet memories in your wonderful home Michelle. It felt like home by the time we left, and we hope to get to enjoy it again someday.

Fantastic overall experience

Excellent property and even better location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean, up to date, and comfortable. The host was helpful and responsive in fixing a minor issue. The pool was great and we had everything we needed. The location is hard to beat! So close to the beaches and the bridge to the historic area. There are various mattress hardnesses throughout, so try to match those with personal preferences. The living and dining area provided plenty of space for hanging out and playing games.

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. We could not have asked for more. We were welcomed to the home with flowers, a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. We had plenty of room. The pool was nice and my grandchildren were not the only ones that enjoyed it! The only complaint was not enough tv's ! With 4 children 2 tv's do not work at night! We did have a great time though!! Thank you for sharing your beach home!!

St. Augustine Getaway

Our family of twelve (two grandparents, two children and spouses, and six grandchildren ages 3 - 10) had the vacation we craved at Lair de Leon. It was the perfect base for excursions to St. George Street where we shopped and dined at the always satisfying Columbia restaurant and, of course, to the Alligator Farm a short walk away. When not out and about, we enjoyed splashing around in the pool, a must-have for the little ones. My wife was very pleased with how well-stocked the kitchen was. The personal touch that Michelle and Michael added with their homecoming gift of wine, chocolate and flowers was an unexpected bonus. Anyone wanting to stay in the St. Augustine area would be very pleased to spend some time at Lair de Leon.

Fabulous holiday villa

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay!

Michelle and Micheal are phenomenal they go over and beyond to make your stay one to remember. They are so communicative, have great recommendations, and super friendly. We will be back for sure. This property is absolutely gorgeous especially for family, wonderful outdoor seating, amazing heated pool also screened in space with outdoor lights, has an amazing fire pit, very beautiful decor, so close to the alligator farm which is a must if you visit. You will not be disappointed if you come to this vacation home. I wish I could go higher than a five because I would rate You the highest I could go. We can’t wait to come back.

Family reunion is St. Augustine

We were greeted with chocolate and wine waiting for us. What a nice, welcoming gesture. The property was perfect in every way. There was a lot of space for all of us. The house was well equipped in the kitchen, inside (with lots of games, towels and blankets) and outside with lots of pool toys and floats. The house was in a good location between downtown and the beach. I would definately return to this property.
