Brengt u uw vakantie in de grootste herenhuis condo in de omgeving! St. Augustines Villas van Ocean Gate 341 beschikt over 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers - veel ruimte voor het hele gezin. Er is 1 kingsize bed, 2 queen bedden, en 2 aparte bedden. De keuken is goed uitgerust en er is eetruimte voor iedereen. Dit apparaat heeft een geüpgraded kabelpakket met HBO en het "sportpakket".

Gebouwd in 2004, Villa's van Ocean Gate is een van de nieuwste complexen op Anastasia eiland. Onze herenhuis heeft een dubbele garage, veranda, en een patio met een aangelegde achtertuin. Geen uitzicht op de oceaan, maar een korte wandeling door het complex en onze prive-promenade brengt u naar het strand en het zwembad is aan het einde van ons gebouw. De gemeenschappelijke tennisbanen zijn nooit druk en een hot tub is vlakbij.

Mooi en rustig wit zandstrand, luxueus herenhuis condominium, veel van de lokale attracties, restaurants en winkels te bezoeken. Grote lokale entertainment met muziek, theater en dans. Genoeg te doen voor alle leeftijden om uw verblijf een die onvergetelijk en plezierig te maken. Watersporten, bootverhuur, visreizen, mooie drives, veel te buiten te doen voor degenen die graag om te jagen, vissen, of genieten van het lokale landschap.

Gelegen in een rustige Crescent Beach, Villa's van Ocean Gate ligt op slechts enkele minuten afstand van de historische wijk van St. Augustinus, Florida. Breng uw dagen verkennen van de geschiedenis, en uw nachten een wandeling langs de rustige Atlantische Oceaan strand. Terwijl de historische wijk van St. Augustinus is slechts een paar mijl naar het noorden, Crescent Beach heeft zijn eigen geschiedenis. Zorg ervoor dat u Fort Matanzas bezoeken aan de zuidkant van Anastasia Island voor een gratis geschiedenisles je nooit zult vergeten.

Very nice and spacious! Very well kept! The landscape was excellent as well as the pool. The beach walk is long w hot sand…. a suggestion to help that is finish building a wooden walkway to the beach. Other than that we had a great time!

Nice Property, but . . .

The property was nice. Our room was close to the pool, but not to the beach! It was within walking distance (8 minute walk and VERY narrow path), but not if you had to carry chairs and coolers. You could park on the beach which was nice. The mattresses need to be updated - they are NOT comfortable at all! Other than that, it was very nice and spacious. It is a little outdated, but that was not an issue for us.

2024 Beach family vacation

The dwelling was very nice. But we thought we were staying in a house that's how it was listed biggest house on the beach. Didn't realize That it was in a Condominion Property. There was quite distance walk to the beach. We would have liked to have seen a place to do.Cookouts on grill. There were grills around , but they were on the hibiscus property we were asking

Unfortunately the listing description does not match what is actually there. It is advertised as a 4 bedroom. It is actually a 3 bedroom and a sunroom which they put a trundle bed in. They advertise TV’s in all rooms. That is not the case. No tv at all in the sunroom that they claim as a 4th bedroom. Only one room had a working tv. This unit is very outdated and could use a good update and deep clean. The master shower has mold in it. The back patio and garage were very unorganized with garbage in them. The kitchen trash can was broken causing us to use our hands to open and close it. This unit is not the end unit as it looks in the picture over looking the pool. The manager was quick to respond and did come fix the broken shower head. However we never got a new trash can or working TV’s. For what we paid to stay here, we were extremely dissatisfied. We had to completely adjust sleeping arrangements. I wish there were some recourse. We had to make the best of it but will not stay here again.

This place was well supplied with items needed. They need to replace the mattresses, hard as rocks and the king size bed has impressions. The next door neighbor had a dog that barked 5:20 in the morning and sometimes till 11:00pm. When they left the house, that dog would bark for an hour straight. The balcony upstairs needs a good cleaning, it was nasty to enjoy.

Perfect Florida vacation!

So our family and a group of friends decided to head to St Augustine for vacation. We found this place. It was reasonable and roomy so we booked it. It was perfect! There were 10 of us total. We had plenty of room for all of us. The home was very clean and very well supplied. Especially the kitchen. I can't speak for all the beds, but the king size bed was super comfy. The only thing that didn't read online as it really is... The one bedroom with the daybed is actually a small room off the living room. We made it work but it just wasn't quite what we were expecting. The pool is located right at the end of the building, so very close. The walk to the beach isn't too bad either. The property is very quiet. Overall, great vacation experience!

Property was excellent very clean and located fairy close to restaurants and grocery stores. Quite a ways from the ocean and pool but acceptable walk to both. For the ocean it was much better for us to drive onto the beach each day. Very nice,clean beautiful beach.

Bring your walking shoes, wagons, and coolers.

The townhouse was spacious and had everything we needed. The refridgerator needed a restart and the lightbulb inside of it almost started a fire. It was also not the cleanest place and we had 5 roaches join us on our vacation one at a time in the living room. The property is in one of seven separate communities all strung together with this one being furthest from the beach. There was a nice walkway (about 4 blocks) to the private beach entrance. It had 4 or 5 swinging gates that you had to open like a pool's child safety gate and maneuver everyone and their stuff through. The community pool was close to the home and had nice bathrooms and plenty of seating with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. It was nice to make a pit stop there and hang out before we went in from the day at the beach. The neighborhood was close to everything we wanted to do and needed. Within 8 minutes of the pier and all of the restaurants and hangouts in and around St. Augustine beach. We had a lot of fun, and the house had plenty of room, but I was expecting just a cleaner space and not such a hike to the beach.

Excellent Property for the Beach

This was one of our most enjoyable stays at a vacation home. The property is very large and felt like home. The space gave everyone an area to decompress after a great day in Saint Augustine or by the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach area and the nearby public access allowed us to park the truck on the beach with all of our equipment while enabling the others in our party to come and go from the property. We will definitely be back again.

Loved the patio and feeding the feral kitties...my favorite thing to do in the early morning hours while drinking my coffee. Well-stocked, and very clean. The only issue was the website is misleading...this unit does not overlook the pool as advertised...other than that we had a great time.

Condo 341 Villas of Ocean in Butler Beach.

Love the location. It was a 3 bdrm. not a 4 bdrm. A sunroom does not count as a bdrm. Also it wasn't very clean. Counters were dirty in places. The tile floors downstairs were filthy. When we went barefoot or my 1 yr old grandson crawled our feet and his knees got black from dirt! You need to change cleaning companies. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there were beach toys on the garage for the kids. The internet worked great.

2021 Family Vacation

This property is in a great location. It’s very clean and easy accessible. About a 5 minute walk to the beach from this unit but very close to the pool. Most times we had the pool to ourselves. The only unusual thing was almost every night around 2am we would wake up to a beeping noise that sounded like someone was trying to use the keypad on our door but by the time we would get downstairs no one was around.
