Vanuit dit uitzicht op de oceaan 2 slaapkamers, 2. 5 bad twee verdiepingen herenhuis in St. In het Sea Place-complex van Augustine Beach kunt u de zeewind voelen en in slaap vallen met de branding van de Atlantische Oceaan. Het Sea Place-complex ligt vlak bij het historische Butler Beach op A1A South, gunstig gelegen in het centrum van alles dat Anastasia Island te bieden heeft: geweldige restaurants, winkels, watersportverhuur, geweldige vissen, prachtige stranden en nog veel meer.

De master heeft een kingsize bed, terwijl de tweede slaapkamer twee tweelingen heeft. De woonkamer heeft een slaapbank voor extra gasten (unit voor 6 personen). Beddengoed, handdoeken zijn volledig voorradig. Er zijn tv's in alle slaapkamers en het apparaat beschikt over gratis draadloos internet. Het Sea Place-complex ligt aan de oceaan met een zwembad, privétennisbanen en een eigen loopbrug naar het strand. De binnenplaats en het grote zonneterras rondom het zwembad bieden ruimte om te ontspannen en vanuit uw ligstoel zowel de zonsopgang als de zonsondergang te bekijken.

Deze accommodatie ligt ook op korte rijafstand van het historische centrum van St. Augustinus is een must-see, met zijn historische gebouwen, fort en beroemde St. George Street. Geweldige restaurants in overvloed, in de stad en op het strand. Speel tennis op het eiland Anastasia of ga golfen op de vele golfbanen St. Augustine heeft te bieden, waaronder die van World Golf Village, TPC Sawgrass, the St. John's County Course, en vele anderen voor elk speelniveau en prijsklasse.

Luie dagen of welk tempo u ook wenst, uitstekende restaurants voor elke smaak, nachtelijk entertainment, lokaal of in de stad. In de buurt, het centrum van St. Augustinus is een ideaal dagje uit, ongeacht uw groepsdynamiek of interesses. De stad staat bekend om zijn vele historische charmes, prachtige haven en de beroemde Jeugdfontein van Ponce de Leon. We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotless — clearly well-maintained and cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet still peaceful and quiet. The unit itself was fully stocked with all the essentials and more, from kitchen supplies to extra towels and toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great location & complex

It was a very nice unit however the steps were horrible with a 2 year old & 4 month old, to stay again it would have to be a ground level unit. We brought way too much stuff to haul to the beach, so the load and unload up and down stairs & trek to beach was a lot! It would have been nice to have a cart available but we knew in advance there wasn’t one. Everything appeared as listed & looked nice. When we got there the two year old ran around barefooted & her feet were black! I took pictures, so I would say that the floors needed mopped, appeared clean but were not. The complex & facilities were very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this clean and well-maintained condominium! The easy access to the beach and pool made our family vacation enjoyable. My daughter and I had a wonderful trip in this very clean and well supplied condo! The beds were super comfortable with a nice morning coffee balcony off of the master. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with everything we needed. Check-in was very easy and Candy was very attentive and helpful with any questions.The best is an absolutely gorgeous beach just steps away! I liked this location that was easy driving into St.Augustine away from the hubbub a bit. We found great restaurants and coffee shops and many beautiful nature walks nearby.My daughter is gluten free and there were a surprising number of accommodating restaurants close by. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this condo and location!

Amazing Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was exactly as described - so clean and very comfortable. Comfortable Beachy Townhouse

We loved this townhouse at Sea Place, from the coastal colors to all the little added touches throughout the rooms! The townhome was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Just a short walk to a beautiful, clean, uncrowded beach! A lifeguard stand was also located a very short distance to the left of the walk out to the beach. Parking was simple, right at the stairs to the unit. There were plenty of towels and linens for the four of us. Easy communication with the host who shared her personal cell number in case we needed anything while staying in her unit. It is only a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants, and entertainment options. If visiting St. Augustine in the future, we would not hesitate to book this townhome again!
