The ground floor hosts two inviting bedrooms, a meticulously renovated bathroom, and a cozy living room. Ascend to the second level to discover an additional living area, a charming dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen. The accompanying deck on this floor provides an ideal setting for dining with a great ocean view.

- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval. Nonrefundable pet fee will apply.

- The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid.

- 3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $50 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
