'Overall met all of our needs w a special shout out to the service. A superb staff The food could be a click better( still very good) w one exception- room service which was terrible across board. Then again the lesson is to not stay in room!'

But service.... finally we found a hotel that understands what service means and what it does to its customers. We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.'
