Villa Kir Royal is a 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Surrounded by palm trees, this villa enjoys a landscape view.

The living room is furnished with a Rattan sofa and chairs, and opens to an outdoor living under a covered terrace. The living room shares its space with a well-equipped kitchen and a small dining table with bench seating. The kitchen opens to a covered terrace, which houses a large dining area outside with seating for 8 guests alongside a gas grill.

The villa is comprised of three separate dwellings. The pool is centrally located between them. The master bedroom is located in the main house with the living space and kitchen behind the pool. Two bedrooms are located to the right of the pool, and the last bedroom is located to the left of the pool. All of the bedrooms have king-sized beds.

A small yard with bougainvillea lies next to the spacious pool deck. Loungers and palm trees surround the non-chlorine pool, making this an ideal spot for either sunbathing or reading in the shade. The house also has WiFi, a fax machine, an outdoor shower, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Kir Royal comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
