'Garbage ownership. Booked a double bed room a week in advance only to drive 4 hours there for the girl at the counter to tell me they only have a king size bed available. I have a family of 4 and that’s not going to happen. She told me that was a normal thing and didn’t even apologize. They found me a room at another property they own and it’s only a 2 star hotel and they didn’t refund me the difference between the 2.
