'The apartment is in a beautiful location in a stunning building. The tv reception is poor and the company need to buy another wine glass ie only one glass available Ensure you let the company know you have parked no matter what time at night because if you dont you will get a parking ticket despite paying for one Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay again'

'Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block.'

'AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. 'Cottage is very well equipped right in the middle of Looe. Easy to park to unload - and about 10-mins walk to the main car park. Nice sitting on the bench outside!'

'The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.'

'Having stayed in Grooms cottage this year and Keepers cottage last year, I would highly recommend this holiday destination. Not only did the cottages have everything you need the manager was very prompt with a few queries I had. A lovely place to get away from it all.'

'We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed.'

'We spend a lovely week in this house by the sea. Everything was clean and the house provided enough space for our family of 5. The house was well equiped and provided everything we needed, including bodyboard + wetsuits. Even though the weather could have been better, we enjoyed the spacy terras with the wonderfull view. Hope to come back some day.'

'Beautiful property in a stunning location. The owner was on hand and lovely. Vrbo listing is inaccurate as states Polperro, Looe, however location is Portwrinkle. The owner does provide an accurate location before checking in however. Fantastic week in a beautiful location, will hopefully return one day.'

good value, great location

"Everything was good, apart from the coffee at breakfast. Investing in a good coffee machine with decent coffee beans would be a big improvement (I couldn't drink the coffee). Also provide some small espresso cups which many foreign guests would prefer. Despite this small complaint, I would recommend the Hotel. Nioce people, great location, good value."
