'The boutique hotel was beautifully decorated as were the rooms. It was surprising that the kitchen in room had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Love the nearly full size refrigerator. It made it easier for us to not eat out all our meals. Freezer capacity was nice for frozen treats and freezing water bottles for our picnics. Location next to HEB grocery store super convenient! Only drawback is the surrounding area is transitioning. '

'Easy to checked in. Elevator wasn't working the whole weekend I was there. Front staff didn't made me aware that it wasn't working until I saw the, "out of order" sign. I stayed in a suite, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen and living room area were fully equipped. As soon as I arrived, I checked the room. I noticed trash in the dining trash can, one of the glasses was still dirty and they had forgotten to put var soap. Everything else was in places The room had no AC, so would need to leave...

'I arrived early & was able to check in. Yay! The front desk clerk was so beautiful & pleasant. She was articulate, knowledgeable, & very personable. A definite plus to the company. My room was clean, orderly , & without a stale smell. I couldn't be more happier. Thank you management for ensuring your employees & property are top tier.'

'I had a good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin South. It’s a solid business hotel with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The room was clean and well kept, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a pool, gym, and bar/lounge. The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was also convenient, close to the freeway and near a Walmart, which made quick stops easy. Overall, a reliable and very pleasant place to stay in Austin.'

'I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay and check-in experience. While the accommodations themselves were satisfactory, our arrival experience at Fairfield was unacceptable due to the conduct of the front desk clerk, Jarode. We arrived at approximately 9:30 PM on Saturday evening after a long day of travel, tired and expecting to check into the room we had reserved. 'Our suite was clean and spacious, however the shower door was very hard to open, it looked to be off the track. Staff was very friendly during check in and out and the lady in charge of breakfast area. Nice breakfast area and set up. The neighborhood is not walkable or close to any restaurants. We do recommend this hotel specifically if you are there for work.'

'Air conditioning was a hit and miss , we’d turn it on and would shut off from time to time and even then it felt as thought it didn’t cool. Staff were sweet but elevator was old fashion , shaking when going up / down and pillows were small / lap size pillow and not comfortable. Bathroom towel too rough and tv did not have many Channels.
