'Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise.'

'We had a few minor problems on arrival, which are charming host sorted quickly. The house and location are stunning. It is close to the beach, various eateries and a Post Office/ local store.The steps up to the house were challenging, but worth the effort. All the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. And it was wonderfully quiet at night. We hope to return.'

'This was our first holiday in Cornwall. We found a very nice holiday home. Is very quiet and close to the beach. Very clean and everything you needed was available. Our dog enjoyed the garden shower very much. The view from the living room to the sea was fantastic. We can gladly recommend the accommodation. Thank you Alison'

'Fantastic location, plenty of parking, everything you need (home from home) However the property is tired and needs some tlc. The garden is overgrown and the hedges are unkept which obstruct the sea views. Overall I would definitely recommend the property. '

'We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed.'

So much space so no one ever on top of each other.Glorious, exceptional views and all rooms look out to them.Wonderful beach location.So much fun to be had in pool…Hired a Chef for special evening meal, A Yhangry Event. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our night in the yurt. An outdoor kitchen with pots, pans and tableware was provided. It even had a sink with running water. Steve stopped by and made sure we were all settled. Friendly host! If you are into to glamping, we highly recommend it.'

"The room itself was ok and the view was nice and good towels in the bathroom. But the desk was broken, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and the ceiling, there was no shampoo and had to ask 2 times for it to get some refill. Also the internet was not working."
