MOOI GEMEUBILEERD VRIJSTAAND HUIS IN EEN PRACHTIG GOLFCURSUS GEMEENSCHAP GELEGEN MINUTEN WEG VAN SNEEUWCANION. Huis met drie slaapkamers met een volledig omheinde achtertuin, privézwembad, privéspa, vuurplaats, ligstoelen en BBQ EN 2 extra grote verstelbare parasols om buiten te genieten. Net voorbij de voor- en achtertuinmuur hebben bezoekers een onbelemmerd uitzicht op de prachtige Zuid-Utah Desert en Snow Canyon. Home is gelegen aan de overkant van het Golf Course Club House. Clubhuis heeft een mooie zittende eetkamer en een overdekt terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Dit is het perfecte huis voor mensen die even weg willen zijn van het dagelijkse leven net buiten het centrum van St. George die meer een resort-sfeer biedt met gemakkelijke toegang om te genieten van wat Zuid-Utah te bieden heeft.

De achtertuin heeft een overdekt terras, in de grond prive zwembad en spa, buiten tafel die 6 zit, en 2 extra grote parasols om u te beschermen tegen de elementen. Naast het zwembad en de spa staan veel verstelbare ligstoelen voor de meest ontspannen sfeer tijdens uw verblijf. Gashaard die perfect is om de nacht op te warmen of om Smores te koken. De woning is uitgerust met een ultramodern alarmsysteem.

De familiekamer en keuken zijn vrij groot en in het midden van het huis, wat zorgt voor geweldige tijd om met gasten door te brengen. De slaapkamers bevinden zich aan verschillende 3 zijden van het huis, wat meer privacy biedt dan andere slaapkamers. Het midden van het huis heeft een grote vergaderruimte en een keuken. Keuken is voorzien van een tafel voor zes personen om te zitten en drie barkrukken op het eiland. House is uitgerust met alle gemakken en gemakken die u wilt: badhanddoeken, badlakens, blender, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, mengkommen, borden, kopjes, gebruiksvoorwerpen en alles wat nodig is om u thuis te voelen.

Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met een, 42 'TV, en een eigen badkamer met inloopdouche en bubbelbad dat 2 past.

Slaapkamer twee heeft een queensize bed, een eigen badkamer met inloopdouche en twee aparte matrassen voor maximaal 4 personen die in de kamer kunnen slapen.

Slaapkamer 3 heeft een queensize bed, badkamer met douche bevindt zich net buiten de slaapkamerdeur. Twin matrassen zijn beschikbaar voor extra slaapplaatsen. Alle slaapkamers hebben privékasten. De woning is uitgerust met DirectTV en Fiber Internet.

Binnen enkele minuten van het huis vindt u toegang tot prachtige landschappen, fantastische restaurants en vele andere activiteiten. Tuachan Theater ligt op minder dan tien minuten rijden. Mesquite ligt op 40 minuten van het huis en Las Vegas ligt op een korte 90 minuten rijden. Just concluded a 3-night stay. Wonderful visit all around. Property is lovely and clean / spotless. All amenities were as described, pool and hot tub were wonderful and made the stay incredibly relaxing. As a starting pack there was some coffee and towels provided which was also great. Location is about a 10min drive from "downtown" St George but real easy to find. Only recommendation would be to invest in new beach towels (torn) and new bedding (thankfully turned out to be a rust spot but would have liked to not see it). Will definitely stay again

Awesome relaxing location

Everything about the property is great. Fantastic amenities, and wonderful location. The only caveats are that the backyard is not truly private, and a lot of spiderwebs. Close neighbors on either side, who are very nice, just not as secluded as we thought it would be. Check-in was smooth and we were able to just enjoy the weekend and the property without hassle.

Our family of 4 booked the location for a quick anniversary trip. My husband and I decided to bring our teens and they loved it. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and the beds very confortable. The home was a great fit for our family stay. We’ve stayed in the Ledges Golf Community before and this was a nice change to have a full house opposed to a condo. I do believe the house was undergoing renovations, so there were some small noticeably unfinished areas of the home. Overall, we would stay here again in the future.

House wasn’t ready at checking, cleaner and dirty rad left on night stand in master bedroom, miscellaneous items under sofa (still there), sleeps 6-8 but there’s only seating for 4-5, broken dinner plate. The area rug in the living room is a major tripping hazard, one edge is curled up. The bbq was filthy! The patio furniture was all stacked up and not set up for us to use. The windows looking into the backyard were covered in smears… hand prints and dog slobber?

Superlative Stay

My girlfriend and I stayed at the property as part of an exploration of Zion and other Southern Utah attractions. We were very pleased with the accommodations: Spotless in terms cleanliness, a fully stocked kitchen, convenience to the highway and very quiet. The house living area is spacious and we also took advantage of the outside grilling area. It was a nice touch to have an extra propane tank available, as poor grill health and/or lack of propane is a recurring problem at VRBOs. Jen also was very responsive to the few questions we had, and the house felt very secure. We'd happily stay here again and recommend the property to others.

Beautiful Spacious Home

This is a beautiful home. It’s a ways out of town but we didn’t mind. Nice and quiet area with a small cooling off pool to beat the heat. The house was super clean and well stocked for cooking, pool towels, shampoo, laundry stuff etc. There were rice of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The only problem we had was there was no book with instructions when we got there with Wi-Fi information or house rules etc. I reached out to the property manager and did have to ask twice and let her know we never received the email or directions. She did let us know they were working on a new book because the last one got ruined. And just sent the password for Wi-Fi so we had to figure out on our own which one belonged to the house so our college student could do school. We felt the check out list was a bit much being that you pay a bit to stay as well as a cleaning fee for a service to come clean. We have no problem cleaning up, taking out trash and leaving towels in laundry but asking guests to strip beds and wash towels is to much. We rent vacation homes very frequently for travel and have never been asked to wash towels with bleach, do all the pool towels and strip beds. Minor thing I guess. Didn’t ruin our trip. Just a lot to ask of travelers who are in and out trying to pack up and leave.

Awful experience

After being delayed 5 hours by the owner for our check-in time (in order for her to apparently clean) , we arrived to a house that was completely inhabitable due to the owner’s personal items (clothes, boxes, cleaning supplies throughout the house), absolutely filthy conditions and the owner with her two dogs still occupying the premises. In shock, we simply took pictures and had to leave at a late hour in the night after a long day of travel to find alternative accommodations for us and our friends and family for the remainder of our stay in UT. I was participating in the World’s Ironman Championships in St. George and the fact this accommodation was not available as planned certainly disrupted our whole trip. Our friends and family who had planned on staying with us also had to rearrange their accommodations. Huge disappointment as the owner had us believing the property would be available for our stay and she was obviously not honest nor transparent with the situation. I would never recommend anyone to stay at any property this particular owner posts for rent. I feel I was deceived and hurt. So very disappointed.

Such a great house

I really loved this house, I think it would be so great for multiple couples because all 3 bedrooms are on completely separate ends of the house so great for privacy! The yard was great beautifully landscaped and we saw tons of butterflies and lizards! I couldn’t get the jacuzzi to work but that totally could have been a me thing! And the pool is small but is perfect for just floating around or a small child jumping in and out. I was there with two kids and all 3 of us used it at the same time, just floated around and enjoyed the sunshine! I should say it mentions that there’s leftover stuff… there’s plenty of salt! Lol I also bought seasoning jic and it was not needed!

Loved the house, had some snags

The house was perfect for us, with three separate rooms, each having their own bathrooms. We also loved the pool and hot tub and the large umbrellas over the pool were SO useful! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed utensils and appliances. We had a great stay! Unfortunately, I never received check-in instructions, even after messaging in the app a couple days before our trip and the phone number on the listing was incorrect. VRBO customer service was able to get us in the home but it was a hassle and stressful. Later, customer service gave us the correct phone number and I was able to communicate with the owner but no instructions were ever put on the app and had to be emailed to me right before checkout.

Perfect!

Let me start out with saying this house is perfect anyway you look at it. The city is perfect, the house is perfect and the location is perfect as well. The only reason I am giving this property a 4 star is because we couldn't get the spa to heat up until the fourth day out of the seven days we were there. After I contacted the owner on the second day, the issue was eventually fixed on 4th day. My husband and I would stay in this property again despite the small inconvenience. We loved our stay!!!

Nice house with great pool and spa

This was a very nice house for our family trip that included 4 adults and 3 kids. The 3 bedrooms are nicely situated and spaced apart from each other. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice. The hot tub was a huge hit for everybody and the backyard space is quiet and private. The house is very close to the golf course and close enough for a short drive into St. George.
