Deze luxe villa is ingericht met alle upgrades die u zich maar kunt wensen, zoals flatscreen-HDTV's, granieten aanrechtbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. This property was great to stay at! It was well taken care of and the property manager got right back to me when we had questions! Our house was right outside the pool, which was perfect to keep an eye on the kids swimming!! The only thing I noticed with cleanliness was hair still on the floor behind the door in the bathroom!

The perfect villa + location

All of the pictures were completely accurate of how everything looked when we got to our place!! The location of being slightly out of the craziness in St George & also having the pickle ball courts & swimming pool literally right outside the back door was phenomenal! Loved that everyone had their own bed, bathroom & the closet space was incredible for all our stuff. It accommodated our family perfectly! 12/10 We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Minor issues: Dishes should not be used in microwave per instructions on dishes (The plate gets hotter than your food). Pickleball ball was broken and paddles were not in good shape. All great, but slow internet.

We have stayed in the ledges before and love the new furnished units. These are close to lots of sites (snow canyon is five minutes away). This unit was clean and nicely furnished. The only complaint is that the internet was so slow we could almost not use it. Netflix was normally not usable and we had to leave our phones on 4 g. Everything else was perfect and we will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay the first time so much that we came back again. This time we looked into purchasing one of the beautiful condos. The view is amazing and it's 5 min. away from down town. We loved the pool area and are excited to come back soon!
