Amazing place

We had a disaster of a trip down thanks to an I-15 snow storm mess, but it was amazing to arrive at this location. At first it seemed to be out in the middle of nowhere (arriving at 2:30 am can do that) but once daylight made it, we were only 5 minutes from downtown St. George! Overall amazing! We had one issue with a smoke detector battery but that was quickly resolved. Would suggest this place to anyone!!

Awesome experience

Comfortable and clean. Plenty of space. Lots and of ways to keep entertained - movies, games, books. Super close to the pool and pickle ball courts. Awesome amenities. Super close to Snow Canyon for hiking. Rental company was great to work with. Would recommend and will stay here again.

Great Condo, perfect location

Clean, easy to access condo in Ledges. This is a great place to stay if you want to explore St. George, but want to be away from it all. Pool is great and not too crowded. Condo met all of our needs - very well stocked kitchen.

Great place in beautiful St. George

Very nice property, clean and well maintained. Very close to community pool and pickle ball court. House is stocked with everything you’ll need including floaties, board games and books. We played golf all day, relaxed and Ubered food at night. If I had one teeny critique, it would be to please add non slip strips to the upstairs shower as it’s super slick! We will definitely use this place again next trip.

Amazing property for a family vacation. Great location, easy checkin and check out, well stocked, pool and pickle ball courts and more! Home was clean, updates and had thoughtful items from pool towels to pickle ball paddles. TV in every room and the fire pit was a perfect way to end a day of hiking. Absolutely recommend Wish we could have stayed longer.

Worked well for us.

Great communication and checking process provided by the management company. With local family near by this property was perfect for us. The unit is nicely furnished. The pool, hot tub, and pickle ball courts are nice. It's just a few minutes to town so don't worry about the location. The only issue we had was slow internet which made streaming movies a bit of a pain; although that isn't the owner's fault. Also be aware that if you have more than two cars parking is an issue as you cannot park on the street. You'll have to leave park a car outside the developement.
