  • Mooie 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met een prachtig uitzicht op de woestijnbergen van South St George en Noord-Arizona. Een van de nieuwste gebouwen in Las Palmas met 10 'plafonds overal, biedt een ruime grote kamer, keuken en grote slaapkamers. Het tuinbad in de hoofdbadkamer zorgt voor een sfeer van comfort en rust. Kingsize bed in slaapkamer, queensize bed in logeerkamer en 2 opklapbedden kunnen overal worden opgesteld. We loved our stay. The view was spectacular, the home was comfortable and artsy. The amenities were great. Having a dedicated parking spot was fantastic. Communication was great and very responsive. Easy to get to downtown, about a 10 minute drive.

Very nice and spacious place to stay. The master bedroom bed mattress was way too hard for us and left us with sore backs. The living room carpet had some large stains.

Little Disappointed

Property was nice and spacious. Not quite like photos though. There is no tv in 2nd bedroom as shown in photo. Property management was prompt on issues but not really resolved. Housekeeping needs training for sure.

Concerns

It was a beautiful condo but we had a couple of issues with constant ants on the kitchen counter and in some of the cupboards as well as in the family room, and a couple of cockroaches in the bathrooms. Just probably needs a pest control company to spray.

Cute condo, nice area, needs work

This was a great location with good amenities. We loved the available game options since our weather wasn’t great. However, there were several details that didn’t make the experience as nice as we’d hoped. The host/site was not about the fee structure until after we’d completed checkout—beware—fees were almost equal the cost of the actual rental. The second bedroom had a gross barf/poop stain on the back of the door, and the closet lightbulbs needed to be changed. The sheets were laundered, but not the duvet. Mattresses in both rooms felt sleeping on a cardboard box covered in plastic. There was rancid coffee in the coffee maker. Overall attention to cleanliness and upgrading come basics would go a long way! We would stay at this resort again, but not this particular property.

Great experience

Perfect location to participate in the Huntsman games, all activities were within 15 minutes! Onsite pools, pickelball, clubhouse were outstanding! Hope it is available next year!

Excellent stay at Majestic Sunrise!

Great location to parks and softball fields. Loved the onsite pools and pickelball courts. Very comfortable and beautiful view from the patio. We were late arrivals so unable to shop right away. The condo was well stocked but it would have been nice to have aluminum foil, a box of Kleenex and a luggage rack for convenience. Speed bumps in the complex were quite high and a problem for smaller cars. We hope to visit next year.

This property was beautiful. Gorgeous views, plenty of privacy, and several pools which provided many options for avoiding crowds. My teens loved our stay.

April 2022 2 week stay

A few things need to be stated. Our unit was fine and clean, but there was NO written instructions on use of ANY electronics, NO instructions as to what is considerered recyclable in St.George. NO instructions as to operation of any condo amenities. We pay a management fee for, I guess, so you know when to check in, when to check out, and your access code. When owners were communicating with us, we received detailed instructions into usage of their property. We've stayed there many years now and feel that the overall exterior maintainance of Las Palmas resort is deteriorating. It is still a great place to stay, but renters need some guidance into using the facility appropriately. Thank you

This condo was great for our family of 6. It was very clean and each room was a good size, making us feel like we had space to relax. Everything we needed was provided and functioning correctly. We liked the location. Pam was really great at answering any questions we had. Thanks!

Weekend Stay

We came to St George for a baseball tournament and had wonderful accommodations at this rental. It had everything we needed and the activities available for kids was wonderful
