The first bedroom features a King Bed with a TV, as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom hosts a King bed and TV, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The bunk room holds 2 triple-tier bunks and a TV, perfect for both kids and adults alike! Great house and location

This house was a great location. It was approximately 2 to 2.5 hours from Zion, Bryce, and Antelope Canyon. Also a great place to stay if you want to visit the north rim of the Grand Canyon when it recovers from the fires. The house was immaculate, and the pool across the street was a great way to rest between visits of the parks.

Great Stay!

Check-in was easy and the house was so clean. The layout of the house and outdoor space was perfect for a little family getaway. It was nice to also enjoy the hot tub and the community pool.

Great place for a family

My kids told me it was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed. They loved the hot tub and the ping pong table. I appreciated how well stocked everything was and the little touches of laundry detergent and spices in the kitchen. Check in and check out was seamless. We look forward to staying here again- especially once the pool is completed!

Wonderful home

This property was ideally located to explore all the great options around southern Utah/Nevada/Arizona. The home is exceptionally well appointed, comfortable, clean, and well cared for. Great property and location

It was just as expected with extras of spices, flour, etc. Only four wine glasses and not enough dish towels, but lots of pool towels, bathroom amenities, pots, pans, and utensils. Wonderful stay.
