They were very willing to work with us when we made our reservation through Expedia at the last minute and they were out of pet friendly rooms. (We were traveling with our small dog.) Although not the fanciest place in the world, we would stay again, with or without a pet. The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable.

First got there and the room keys didn’t work. Had to go to the office 5 different times to get them reprogrammed. Bathroom was super dusty and paint was coming off. Every time you moved in the shower it sounded like you were going to fall through the floor. Had to lean your head against the wall since the shower head was crooked. We will stay at a different place for sure going forward.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The shower was slow to drain and the a/c was pretty loud. The kids had fun at the pool, but it could definitely use a good cleaning. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Pool needed a real good cleaning. Breakfast was quite good . Along with waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast all the regular things there was scrambled eggs and bacon . Lots of places to eat within a 2 minute walk. Black bear was great

Not the best hotel i’ve stayed in, but definitely not the worst for the price. The rooms were clean and the staff was great, I would stay here again!

The hotel is pretty run down. The first room they put us in had obviously been smoked in. The second room they put us in the door wouldn’t open at all. Once we got into our 3rd room it was pretty old and run down. We won’t be staying here again.

I was expecting having cleaning service the next morning. I was surprised when I went back in the afternoon, the sink area was dirty with the dirty towels. We had to request new towels, usually they knock on the door to ask if we need service and that never happened.

Registration was easy; the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The sink stopper wouldn’t let the water drain quickly; I hate standing water in a sink. The refrigerator never got cold enough to put our cooler items in it. The door was difficult to get the card to open it.

The property itself is an older motel, the rooms are moderately run down. The beds in our room were squeaky, the mattresses were pretty shot, and the toilet is so low to the ground it's like a kid's toilet. The room comes with a fridge and microwave which is nice. We did find some stains/spots on our cover blankets, and the tile floor made our feet really black so I don't think they've mopped in a while. The pool was pretty nice, but a little dirty.

The refrigerator didn't work. I had to pull.it out and find a different plug. Toilet seat was broken and fell off. Shower base was disgusting. It was soft and creaked, very noisy. I took photos of it all. I will be requesting a refund or compensation of some sort!
