Summer`s Love with Two Heated Pools

Summer`s Love Vacation home is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, located in the quiet Coral Ridge neighborhood and easily accessible from I-15. St George is only 5 minutes away and only 40 minutes away from Zion National Park. Guests at Coral Ridge have access to the many amenities available including 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, a game room, a fitness center, and more! The perfect place for a Southern Utah getaway with friends or family!

This lovely private home is filled with high-end furnishings, bedding, and decor. Privacy is enhanced with a bricked-in backyard courtyard with seating for twelve and BBQ facilities, as well as a front courtyard with ample seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a large family meal. Sleeping includes two king bedrooms, one with a queen fold-out bed. A queen room, a game room with a queen fold-out bed also. Both fold-out beds have 2-inch memory foam padding. Bedding is all down quilting and pillows with sanitized covers and cases. The unit has a laundry room for guest use as well. There is a playground and picnic area across the street with plenty of spare parking stalls. A fishing pond stocked with trout is around the corner, and there are spare fishing poles in the unit for guests to use.

High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.

We have supplied the following for your use: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, pool floaters, indoor toddler toys, outdoor badminton set, portable folding table, and chairs, games and puzzles, Netflix, and tv.

If you use the patio umbrella, please keep the wind in mind and lower it when you are not there to keep an eye on it.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a soft-sided cooler and ice packs, toddler booster seat, wine glasses, coffee machine and filters, crockpot, electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.
