Great location, easy to access off the highway, clean facility, and easy parking.
I have to say, this property has the very best information board on local activities, shops, restaurants, bars, and sights to see. It is colorful and shared such great information.
The greeting on arrival was warm with consideration taken on room placement, offers of information to consider when taking on a spot for dinner and other activities. Check out greeting was equally friendly and efficient.
From observation, I believe this property is women managed. A true plus in the consistency of guest care.
The front desk area offers an array of food and beverage items for purchase, and the morning's breakfast was quite standard and well displayed with several options available.
The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped with all the necessary items.
A negative for this traveler was the light switch control for the overhead bed lights and room light. They are all in one with no on/off switch for the "right" side of the bed.
As a frequent traveler, I choose not to sleep on the same side as the desk/light/clock, the side most guest choose for themselves. This requires dual bedside switches.
This Tru property is definitely a great option when passing through St George.
