For convenience, an elevator provides easy access to all levels.

Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, a chef's delight featuring top-of-the-line appliances including a Wolf range/duel oven, Thermador dual refrigerator/freezer, separate Zephyr beverage cooler, U-Line ice maker, and KitchenAid Artisan mixer. With two Thermador dishwashers, cleanup becomes a breeze. You will not be disappointed cooking a large family meal here!

The main floor king bedroom offers incredible gulf views, luxurious bedding, and a spa-like romantic bath, complete with remote controlled auto blinds system for privacy when desired. Outside, a spacious beachfront grilling and picnic area awaits you with dining for 20 people and additional seating area which provides ample seating for all.
