Pool Heat – $400/week
Available upon request. Please note heating performance may be limited when temperatures fall below 60°F or during extended cloudy/rainy periods. Unauthorized use will result in a $400 weekly charge.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 small dogs allowed with prior approval. No cats are allowed. Additional fees are assessed if unauthorized pets are on the property.

Dogs must be leashed, treated for fleas, kept off furniture, and cleaned up after
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage
