    Deze 2BR / 2BA BEACHFRONT condo (Villa H-5) is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en Lighthouse Park!

    De woonkamer is licht en beachy met comfortabele meubels, flatscreen-tv, videorecorder / dvd-speler en CD-stereo, en komt uit op een gemeubileerd strand terras met uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico. Net voorbij de woonkamer is een grote eettafel voor maximaal 6 personen met extra zitplaatsen aan de ontbijtbar. De goed uitgeruste keuken met uitzicht op de Golf heeft alle standaardapparatuur en een balkon met uitzicht op de parkeerplaats.

    Boven is een slaapkamer aan het strand met kingsize bed, balkon aan het strand, tv, dvd / videorecorder en een eigen badkamer met bad / douche. De tweede slaapkamer heeft 2 tweepersoonsbedden en een tv. Een badkamer met een combinatie bad / douche en wasplaats bevindt zich net buiten deze slaapkamer.
    Tegelvloeren door de belangrijkste leefruimte met gestoffeerde trappen en slaapkamers, er zijn 12 trappen om de grote woonkamer te bereiken en nog eens 12 trappen naar het slaapverdelingsniveau.

    The Villas of St. George complex heeft 42 eenheden. De gemeenschap biedt gebruik van een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad met buitendouche, houtskoolgrill in de stijl van het park, visschoonmaakstation en strandpromenade. Centraal gelegen, heeft u eenvoudig toegang tot het centrum van St. George Island, waar bedrijven en restaurants in de buurt zijn gevestigd!

    Parkeren is alleen mogelijk voor het parkeren van voertuigen; boten, trailers en campers zijn niet toegestaan.

We had a wonderful week staying at this villa. The unit is very nicely updated, clean, and comfortable. Great location with very easy beach access and within walking or biking distance of many of the shops and restaurants on the island. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous! Very comfortable with a beautiful view, especially from the upstairs balcony. Literally right on the beach with restaurants and lighthouse less than a 5 minute walk. The dolphins put on a great show daily. Sunrise and sunsets were amazing

Beautiful condo, clean, comfortable furniture, and in good condition. Cant beat the location and the views! Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. Located right next to great restaurants, The Blue Parrot, Ebbys ice cream, and BJs Pizza.

We had the best time staying here on St. George Island! The check-in process was seamless, location is within walking distance to The Blue Parrot for dinner, Weber’s for morning donuts, BJ’s for pizza night, and most importantly an easy, quick walk to the beach! My husband and I loved having morning coffee over looking the Gulf, my boys played sunset football on the beach every night, and we all enjoyed the quiet, comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We had such an enjoyable stay!

Can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean, and well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. Communication with management was excellent. Our stay was delayed because of a mandatory evacuation of the island due to a storm; the management team communicated with us through out the delay. Everyone in my family had a great time.

Island Vibe

We were delighted with our stay at Island Vibe on SGI. The location is perfect, everything you need is walkable or bike-able, the condo is steps away from the ocean. The master suite faces the ocean with a private balcony, we slept with the sounds of the waves every night. The main floor also has a balcony. The condo was clean and had all the basic amenities, we were even able to check-in early! The area was quite and perfect for family or a private get-away, we would definitely return!

Was pleased with the rental overall.

Easy to find, staff was very helpful. Small problems like stopped up plumbing, remote for DVD player didn’t work, had to request a new blender. But staff was there almost immediately to fix the plumbing and even brought us a brand new blender. View was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Beach Front Villas

We actually stayed in A-3 because H-5 was being remodeled. The communication was wonderful with Forgotten Shores and the owner of A-3 was helpful and welcoming. Great communication all around. The Villas have been newly painted with new spacious balconies. Close to the ocean and very relaxing. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. Close walk to restaurants. As a perk, we got free bike rentals through VaKay.

Our Sanibel replacement

Very nice place. The tile floors and baseboards need a deep cleaning as does the top of the refrigerator. All in all though, we had a great time and the beach was fantastic. This county does need to start recycling. We were amazed that they aren’t doing so!!

This is an older condo unit, but it had been updated nicely. Well stocked with kitchen accessories etc. appliances seemed new. Beware of the stairs though there are two sets and they are steep. I’m sure the description mentioned them, I just missed it The view is amazing and great proximity to grocery store, cafes etc

Great location. Steps were horrible. Very dated. Tubs need replaced due to peeling and makes it look and feel dirty. No lock on kitchen balcony door. Overall loved location but could have been more updated and locks fixed for price point.

Beautiful view!

The place was as advertised. Very clean. Loved the beach front balcony and easy access to the beach and pool. Quiet, never heard neighbors. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Would recommend!!I spent most evenings sitting on the balcony listening to the waves, star gazing, and reading. I will point out to be aware of the stairs. It is two flights of stairs and they are steep and can be hard for anyone with bad knees especially. Just be sure to pack things in smaller, easier to carry ways since you have to take everything up and down the stairs. We also packed fans and the place had one fan. The a/c worked just fine, but given the FL humidity and the bedrooms on the 3rd level, it was a little too warm at night so the fans were a must.

The owners were amazing. We had two very minor issues (a toilet handle broke and one of the tubs had a slow drain... Which could happen to anyone at home!!( And they came the same day.. even though it was late and after hours and took care of it quickly. They checked in and made sure we didn't need anything. All of the "extras" were lovely and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the two bathrooms with the master having the sink separate. Easy access to the pool and the beach. 5 stars!!
