Enclosed foyer stairs on the ground level lead to the living spaces above and a convenient guest elevator makes unloading and loading your gear and groceries a breeze. The first level’s sleeping accommodations feature the beach side King master suite with access to the Gulf front deck and stunning coastal views, flat screen TV, remote work space, full bathroom with spa tub and separate shower and direct access to the north (Bay side) covered deck. Another beachfront King bedroom offers a flat screen TV, remote work space and direct access to the Gulf front deck. The north side bunk bedroom includes a Queen bed and a Triple Twin XL bunk bed with a flat screen TV and direct access to a covered porch with Bay views. The bunk room and the King bedroom share the full bathroom located in the hallway. A laundry area with washer and dryer is provided for guest convenience on this level.

The second level’s open living/dining/kitchen space is the heart of this beach vacation home. The living area features plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screen TV for movie nights, or just spending time catching up with family and friends. A modern queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room for 2 extra sleeping accommodations. The large dining table seats up to 14, and is a favorite gathering spot for meals, games, puzzles and spending time with family and friends, while making memories that will last a lifetime.

There is plenty of space to gather inside or outside on the beachfront decks with amazing views of the Gulf beaches and turquoise waters beyond.
