Welkom bij "Bay to Beach" op St George Island FL! Met loopbruggen naar zowel het strand als de baai heeft ons huis alles wat u nodig heeft voor een ideale privé-toevluchtsoord uit de rest van de wereld .. Geniet van zittend op ons terras kijken naar de prachtige zonsondergangen over de prachtige wateren van de baai van Apalachicola of maak een korte wandeling van ongeveer 10 minuten, 150 meter langs de promenade naar de prachtige, ongerepte stranden van St. George Island. Ons huis heeft een eigen scherm afgesloten zwembad (niet verwarmd) visreinigingsstation en gasgrill. Gelegen in de prachtige Plantation gated community, biedt "Bay to Beach" de uiterste privacy die u zou verwachten!

Dit prachtige, 3900 m² op maat gemaakte huis, heeft 5 slaapkamers en 4. 5 baden. Onze maximale bezetting is 10, GEEN UITZONDERINGEN. De belangrijkste woonkamer, gelegen op de derde verdieping, omvat een grote open plattegrond die het eetgedeelte, keuken, gashaard en twee aparte zitkamers in de woonkamer met flatscreen smart-tv's en een half bad omvat. De grote, goed uitgeruste keuken met granieten werkbladen en groot eiland heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor het bereiden van uw eigen maaltijden. De derde verdieping bevat ook een eigen master suite met een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer. Het grote nieuwe Trex-terras en de afgeschermde veranda zijn ingericht met ligstoelen en buiten dineren. Het dek op de derde verdieping is perfect voor het bekijken van zonsondergangen over de baai of het kijken naar de visarend die voorbijvliegt terwijl u 's ochtends koffie drinkt.

De tweede verdieping omvat de belangrijkste master suite met kingsize bed, bad met bubbelbad en een aparte douche en een eigen afgeschermde veranda met uitzicht op het beschutte zwembad. Twee extra master suites met kingsize bed, een kinderkamer met een stapelbed (twee eenpersoonsbedden) en de wasfaciliteiten bevinden zich op deze verdieping.

Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van grote flatscreen smart tv's en gratis wifi internettoegang. De begane grond heeft een lift die alle verdiepingen bereikt om reizen tussen verdiepingen naadloos te maken, en niet te vergeten een grote hulp bij het binnenbrengen van benodigdheden voor uw verblijf. Of je kunt de trap nemen!

Of u nu bij het zwembad zit, geniet van het uitzicht vanaf het dek, vissen op het dok of op het strand ligt, "BaytoBeach" wordt snel uw favoriete plek om "weg te komen en uw batterijen op te laden"!

De plantage op St. George Island: The Plantation on St. George Island is een gesloten gemeenschap met beperkte toegang via een bewaker die privacy en bescherming verleent. De huizen zijn gelegen in prachtige grote kavels met gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand en de baai. Aan het einde van de plantage staat Bob Sikes Cut, die bekend staat om zijn vangstmogelijkheden en uitzicht op Little St. George Island. Het is geweldig om op de rotsen van de Cut te zitten en de boten, vogels en dolfijnen te bekijken.

Plantage Voorzieningen: Het prachtige Plantation Clubhouse, met zwembad en een fitnessruimte, is beschikbaar voor al onze bezoekers. Het clubhuis ligt op 1,5 km ten oosten van ons huis. Het dorpszwembad van het resort is ook beschikbaar voor onze gasten en ligt vlak bij de hoofdingang. Tennisbanen zijn vlakbij en verharde fietspaden in overvloed in de Plantage.

Family vacation

The house is beautiful... That being said, it needs some repairs. The right-hand sink is turned off because the faucet will not shut off. The kitchen faucet needs to be anchored as it turns/moves when the spigot is moved from one sink to the other. Also found caterpillars in almost all of the beds which i understand that they are really plentiful at this point of the season.

So much gorgeous scenery!

We had our yearly family vacation in your beautiful home and it was amazing! We relaxed! Fishing was fun fun and long days at the beach were great. We traveled to the great fishing town of Appalachicola for terrific seafood and great shopping! I would love to go back!

Comfortable and spacious home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property. Plenty of parking. Short, 4 minute walk to the beach, or to the bay pier for fishing. Loved the gated Plantation community, clubhouse pool and fitness center. Only thing that could have been better was the AC struggled on the first floor. Hallway was cool where the thermostat is but the bedrooms were a little warm. To their credit, hosts were responsive on this and promised they’ll be working on correcting airflow for their next guests.

Lovely property and beautiful walk to the beach .

This is a beautiful beach and a lovely walk to it. If you rent here , you will experience an incredibly non commercial Fla. One Piggly Wiggly on the island and a few great seafood restaurants are all you need when you have the day to play on the beach and swim in the heated pool (extra to heat) if you go off season. This home is perfect for large family gatherings or gatherings with friends. There is an elevator as bedrooms are on the second and third floors, with main living quarters on the third.

Great place to stay, host is very responsive.

Super clean, easy access to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for two families or more. Listing has a hot tub, but it is located in the community pool area miles away. The door lock was broken on arrival, but the host was super easy to contact to gain access to the property with a spare key. I would stay here again.

My wife and I have been taking a family beach trip to St. George Island since my kids were toddlers. We have stayed many places on the island but “A. B. Sea” is my family’s favorite. Clean, short walk to beach, private setting, well stocked, service is very responsive.

Our extended family of 12 (adult children, grandkids and grandparents). All enjoyed this beautiful house and island. We all agreed that this was the best house and location that we had stayed in. The equal distance to the beach and bay was wonderful. We spent most evenings on the dock in the bay enjoying the different types of wildlife! We all had a wonderful time. Also the management company was wonderful to work with. We had a few issues and they quickly replied and fixed them. Thanks again!

Loved this house. Great beach and bay access. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults alike. House is well laid out with king beds throughout. Bunk room worked out great for kids. Elevator was very helpful for my elderly mother. Will definitely visit again!

Spacious and comfy home St. George Island

The bay views are wonderful from the main living level and decks. And the short walk to the beach (seemingly due to a new rock pathway) was no problem. Plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen, and lots of bedrooms with ensuite baths made it very comfortable. It also has a lot of privacy which is nice. The screened in pool was a plus, however a few of the screen panels needed repair. The only negatives were an hour plus delay in getting in and it would have been nice to have some beach chairs and toys available. That said, I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it highly.

Great house, great location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property on St. George Island. The setting is very private and beautiful and the location is great - a short stroll on a boardwalk to a long dock on the bay that was perfect for fishing and kayaking. In the other direction, it's a short walk to the beach. Since the property is located within the plantation, the beach was not crowded at all. There is a bike/walking path that provides good opportunities to see birds and wildlife. There is a heated pool at the house (we were there in early April and appreciated the heat) that is screened in and was enjoyed very much by the kids. The house has plenty of space to accommodate a large family group and a nice view of the bay from the upper deck. Everything is in place for an enjoyable vacation.

Wonderful Week!

The property was exactly as described. The pool is great, and the elevator is a blessing for moving suitcases and groceries to the third-floor living area. We had two minor issues, but the host was super responsive and helpful. The paths to the beach and the bay were great, the island is lovely. All in all, a wonderful week for a family vacation!

Get away from the crowds

We had a family reunion with four couples and associated kids (ages 14, 9, 4, 3). We all had a great time at Bay2Beach. The isolated beach was the best part. Very close (.15 miles along a dedicated path) and no crowds at all. After a day at the beach the covered pool kept out all unwanted pests and was great to finish up. The house itself was a great layout with a screened in porch and several other decks to enjoy our stay. The kids really enjoyed the five bunk beds in the same room (we did too) The dining table allowed seating for 10 people which was great for playing games in the evening. We will be looking forward to a return trip soon!

Beach to Bay stay

Our first time to St George and St George Plantation. The house was perfect for our family consisting of our three sons and their families. Loved the quiet and slower pace compared to Watercolor where we usually stay. Literally 3 1/2 minute walk to the beach and similar walk to the bay. We loved our stay and would come again.

Perfect beach vacation!

This was our first trip to St. George Island! The Bay to Beach property was the perfect place for our family! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and bedroom/bathroom. The open kitchen and large living rooms plus two tvs (to entertain little ones) were bonus areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal (including a keurig & coffee pot). The multi level decks were so nice to sit and enjoy the bay view. We loved the convenient outdoor shower when coming in off the beach. The walk to beach from property was short & easy to do with two small kids. The beach is beautiful, quiet and the perfect place to let kids roam all over. The property owners were kind enough to check on us several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Couldn’t ask for a better place! We can’t wait to go again.

Quiet getaway

As parents, we loved the home with both beach and sound access. Our kids on the other hand would have preferred to be closer to thw spring break action. We didnt mind the peace and quiet. We enjoyed bike rides theough thr neighborhoods and serene beach walks. The home was great. We had 4 familes with numerous food allergies so we cooked dinners everynight rather than eating out. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs to cook meals. The pool was wonderful and we loved to listen to the waterfall both at pool side and on the deck. Great friends, great location and great weather!

Amazing stay!

This house was perfect for what my family and I were looking for. We wanted a location close to the beach, a pool for the kids, and enough of a kitchen and bedrooms to house everyone.
