A Blue Heron is the perfect location for your family's next vacation! This incredible 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is in the Plantation, a gated community on the west end of the island. The house is perfectly located; it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and it sits on the beautiful Apalachicola Bay. With extensive water views, a fishing dock and plenty of room to relax, A Blue Heron will please everyone. This bay front home boasts five bedroom suites with a mix of king and queen beds and additional sleeping is available with a new queen sleeper sofa in the hangout room. The first floor has two king suites and one queen suite. If your family needs multiple living areas, the hangout room is great for kids to watch movies or connect their game systems. It is also on the first floor with an oversized sofa, a wet bar, a Keurig and a 65-inch TV. On the second floor you will find a king suite and a queen suite. The living room on the second floor is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating. The large dining table seats eight highlighted by a stunning view of the bay from the French doors leading to the deck. The large kitchen is well stocked and equipped with stainless appliances, a large glass top stove and a full size oven plus a bakers oven. The kitchen features two dishwashers and a breakfast bar that seats four. Under the home you will find a screened outdoor seating area, a fish-cleaning sink, two wooden walkways-one to the bay and one to the beach. The screened in pool with ample seating will provide hours of fun without ever having to leave the property.
