Jersey Grand Spa
Jersey Grand spa is een prima hotel met een uitstekend ontbijt en vriendelijke service. Onze kamer was prima met goed bed en super schoon. Alleen valt de badkamer tegen voor een 5 sterren hotel. Klein en koud en geen douche straal.

I loved the staff at this property. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone of them had a smiles on their faces at all times. They always acknowledged us in the corridors or dknknv areas. Asked us where we'd been that day, joked with us. The pool, steam, sauna, hot tub were always available and the breakfast room was wonderful.

Every aspect of our three night break at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Perfect location as regards proximity to St Helier's attractions & beyond (bus routes on Jersey easy to access & navigate). Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean, superb view (directly opposite Elizabeth Castle), excellent food and drink. Its not an exaggeration to say that every member of staff modelled the very highest standards of customer care. We would recommend unreservedly - we're already planning our next visit!

A superb stay from start to finish. We were greeted and made to feel at home by the professional and friendly staff. All the formalities on arrival were so smoothly done. The rooms were fantastic with views of the bay. The breakfast was excellent with staff that couldn't be more friendly. A wonderful hotel from top to bottom and we will define returning soon

We got a nice sea view room on the top floor. The staff were very helpful right around the hotel. It's a lovely location to look across the bay. Lovely breakfasts..... The steps to the leisure facilities might be problematic if you're les mobile ( I wondered if there was an accessible route, but in seeing my husband using a walking stick, nothing was pointed out to us. There appeared to be a turn down service..... which was only provided on one of the three nights we stayed. We didnt know it was a service available; it was just done on our second night...

The Grand Hotel was very good, the staff could not do enough for you, breakfast choices and staff was excellent. The spa is very good. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Beautiful room ,very pleasant and helpful staff and excellent breakfasts . We had dinner once in the bar and it was delicious. We could not fault our stay in any way. One of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in.
