The reception staff are very welcoming, although in general we failed to experience the ‘amazing’ staff presence/enthusiasm other reviews have mentioned. Very clean rooms, although most are very close to the main road so there is some noise from that, although nothing that kept us awake. What did keep us awake though, until well after midnight, was the noise of the music from the private event in the function space directly below our room (218) and the very loud chatter and laughter from those enjoying the event who were on the outside patio, which was directly beneath our room. When I went down to reception at 00:20 in the morning reception said they could ask for the music to be turned down (like that would happen) but that was all. Being as the hotel wasn’t full (reception confirmed when I asked), why were we put in a room directly in the line of the event noise when the hotel knew the private event was going on?! It ruined our experience of the hotel really as we were there for a relaxing break for a few nights to escape some family health dramas. So long as you’re mobile on foot, it was a great location for the shops and restaurants, and not too far from the bus station. Breakfast was adequate, but not 5* standards. The ‘smashed avocado on sourdough’ was more like shop bought guacamole on white toast We visited out of season though, so wasn’t expecting the breakfast offering to be particularly big, but there was plenty enough variety for a long weekend stay.

J’ai réservé cet hôtel pour y passer le jour de l’an, souhaitant réserver en direct j’appelle l’hôtel et tombe sur une réceptionniste à qui j’explique que le tarif est moins cher sur expédia que sur leur site, demandant pourquoi et expliquant que je voudrais réserver par téléphone ce à quoi elle me répond que les tarifs sont moins chers sur expédia et qu’il faut que je réserve dessus pour bénéficier du meilleur tarif (aucun effort est fait, j’imagine qu’elle n’avait pas le temps?) Je fais donc ma réservation. Pas de chance: une très grosse tempête se déclare et notre ferry est annulé. Nous sommes de Normandie, nous comptons donc revenir et j’appelle l’hôtel pour demander s’il est possible d’exceptionnellement annuler ou reporter mon séjour car je n’ai aucun moyen de venir… ce à quoi on me répond de voir avec expédia: ok logique. J’appelle expédia qui me dit de faire une demande d’annulation à l’hôtel et que la décision leur revient: c’est donc l’hôtel qui décide. Je m’exécute et « surprise » aucun geste n’est fait et celle ci est refusée. J’envoie un e-mail expliquant la situation demandant exceptionnellement un geste ce à quoi on me répond simplement une capture d’écran des CGV. Je comprends le principe des CGV que l’on signe bien évidement à la réservation mais un peu de compassion n’est jamais trop demandé surtout en période de fin d’année et avec des ferry annulés par une tempête. Je ne réserverai jamais chez eux à nouveaux face à ce déplorable service client. Vous les em

Perfect and central hotel.
We booked into this hotel after our flight was cancelled. From walking through the door, the person on reception was super friendly and helpful. We had a lovely welcome and everything was explained clearly. The room was just what we needed. It was very clean, the shower was brilliant and the bed comfy. There was a mini bar in the room (very expensive but it is what it is). Any query we had was answered quickly. Unfortunately we did not get the name of the person on the front desk but she was lovely and recommended the chips in the restaurant which were indeed delicious! We enjoyed using the onsite bar for food in the evening. When we return to Jersey we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff and very nice room, overall we had a great stay our only complaints would be that the spa is feeling a little tired and the steam room wasn’t working on our visit.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. 2 really nice swimming pools, beautiful spa area, great location, breakfast. Aircon was superb as was quite hot while there. Only downside Bohemia restaurant (downstairs restaurant) staff need to spend time with hotel staff to see how its done, food in Bohemia not great either.

Everything about this property was spot on. clean, friendly, and lovely service. Whilst bar and restaurant is expensive, the quality of drinks and food was exceptional. only downside was Sauna was out of action in the Spa, and there are no seating areas around the indoor pool. But I would not stop this from booking this wonderful hotel again. Stayed 27th - 29th May 2023

Bed super comfy and staff all very helpful. But the hotel is expensive for what you get, broken lamp in the bedroom and the sink in the bathroom, wow how low can that be. Swimming pool was the biggest disappointment, missing tiles in the steam room and the whole area looks so tired. Compared to other local hotels with spas/swimming pools, the Clubs doesn’t do well.

The staff could not be faulted. Upon arrival we were made to feel so welcome. The lady who checked us in, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, was very welcoming and informative. The hotel was immaculate. Our room was spotless and had great minibar options if this is something you wanted to use. Absolutely loved the small toiletry touches. The spa was lovely. It was very quiet when we were there which was nice. The experience shower had a few jets that need fixing. We were under the impression the indoor pool would be warm but it wasn’t, it was luke warm at most, we didn’t mind too much though. Towels, flip flops and bathrobes were provided by the spa in the lockers which was useful. The concept of the honesty bar is great, we unfortunately didn’t have time to use it. Overall, highly recommend!

Brilliant
Very nice , clean hotel. I will stay again! Drive past it the first time as it was at night, slow down after the roundabout and 2nd left ! Just before the left hand turn. Very quiet, check ✅ in very easy and quick. Honesty bar (very expensive) Sauna & Steam room, used every day. Not sure how often they come on thought? Sat in it one day 20mins just for it to turn on. ? Timing would be nice ? Pool very small but just enough! Outdoor pool, which I used for cold water dipping! Very cold 🥶 Food !! Beware very expensive! £i have breakfast for 6 days and the bill was £71 Stocked room with mini-bar with some very weird things? Never used because of the prices! Here for work did not see much of Jersey, great hotel. I will go back. Just need to find somewhere else for breakfast 🍳

Excellent service, recommend hotel
Very good hotel, nice rooms, although bits could do with a touch up! Above all I cannot recommend the staff and service enough, everyone was so friendly and obliging, really first class service ! The hotel is very well located and a short walk from the town centre, the spa was also clean and nice. I would definitely stay again and can thoroughly recommend.

One of the premier hotels. Be careful on the marketing from expedia. Breakfast is available but not included. Most hotels in jersey include breakfast. That said the hotel is excellently situated in town with many good restaurants including the hotels Michelin star restaurant Bohemia. Parking is available at no charge but a little challenging for those that drive big cars!
