Gorgeous Location
This house was perfect for what we needed. We had brought my in laws, 87 and 85 for a little trip to see Mackinac Island. The house was fairly accessible, close to the ferry and the view was a bonus!! The house was clean and had everything we needed and the grounds were well kept. I’m sure we walked the beach 6 times a day. The only thing I could complain about was the midges, and that, my friends is just Mother Nature!! We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Beautiful location for relaxing and a perfect jumping off point for the island. Cottage was very clean, and we had everything we could need and more. The kids had a blast, and the adults got some much needed relaxation time. Couldn’t ask for more!

The house and property was exactly as it was described on the website. It was the perfect get away. The property management was very nice and communicative. They also made sure the sidewalk, around my truck, and the small spot I cleared for my little dog to potty was shoveled all week any time it snowed. It was the perfect little get away, and I hope to return next year and enjoy it all over again!

Great place
We had such a great stay! It was a nice cozy place on the water that had a great view. It was right on the beach. Had a fire pit and a really nice deck. Good size kitchen and bedrooms. It was very quite. Close to the ferry to Mackinac Island and to restaurants. It was such a relaxing stay. We would definitely go back. And THANK YOU for allowing bigger dogs, it is always harder to find a place! My dog also loved the stay as well! :)

We had a wonderful week exploring St. Ignace and Mackinac Island! The house is incredibly well stocked with all types of amenities including laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, toiletries, PLENTY of towels, standard kitchen ingredients, and plenty of beach accessories! The private beach was beautiful, and quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks! The owners are on site, so if there is any issue, communication is fast and efficient. This was out first time coming up to Michigan for vacation, and we will definitely be back to this property!

We have rented many vacation homes but this is by far, our favorite. The home is darling and so very clean. The view is without comparison! We would love to come back next year for two weeks but unfortunately we were told by the property management company Evolve, the prices are going up almost 15%.

This property has an unbelievable view! The sunrises are something to see but we were there at a full moon and the shine on the water every night was extraordinary. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable. A great, relaxing stay!

Beautiful little house right on the lake! View was incredible. Enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. Close to ferry, shops & restaurants. Kayaks were fun, beach towels provided. House was very clean and well decorated.

Incredible experience
This property is more than a place to stay, it is an entire experience with the sound of the waves crashing and morning sunrise filling the living space. With a private sandy beach with patio and fire ring, there are endless opportunities for making memories.

What a great cottage
Thank you so much for the awesome stay. The view was beautiful, the cottage was perfect. It has everything you could ask for and then some. From use of the kayak/canoe, to the kitchen utensils and pots/pans, dishes, to the little travel sized shampoo, lotions etc that was left, you couldn't ask for more. It was nice to have the laundry there as well so no dirty clothes going home. St. Ignace was a nice stay. We tried our first pastie at Lehos down the street, ate ice cream a few times at Molly's I think it was, ordered BC pizza a few times. We visited the pictured rocks national lake shore, took a glass bottom shipwreck tour, visited the Tahquemenon falls and shipwreck museum and went thru the Soo locks and of course visited the island. Thank you for the great stay, with beautiful sunrises! I'll miss the swans. We will love to visit again.

This place has at all. It was super clean, comfy and that view! It is in a great location. It’s close to everything you need in Saint Ignace. We did not want to leave the deck and that beautiful view of Lake Huron. It was a fantastic stay! We will be back!

Nice and relaxing
The house was cute, clean, and as advertised. A nice surprise was the extra pull out single bed. We had 4 adults and two kids so the extra single was nice because a full size is a bit small for two adults accustomed to a king bed. The beach was right there. A storm came in the night before we arrived so it brought in a lot of rocks. However they worked to clear the majority of them out. The property owner had issues with phone service but responded to text messages quickly. We took our dog and it worked out fine. No crazy dog rules which was nice. There was a couple of other dogs in the area not on leases so that was a small issue since my dog doesn’t like other dogs. But if I kept an eye out for the other dogs it wasn’t a problem. Overall, we were sad to leave and had an extremely lovely time and found lots of great beach glass and rocks.

Beautiful views and wonderful sunrises! We so enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming again! Our puppy loved the beach and we loved the deck and grilling out and having the ability to kayak, canoe etc if we wanted too! What a perfect place to enjoy solitude and serenity! We highly recommend!

This house was hands down the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, even under the couches. The kitchen was well stocked too. It’s just 5 minutes from the ferry to Mackinac Island, which is super convenient. Being steps away from Lake Huron on your win private beach was also amazing. The house is set on a little cove, so it’s a little protected. The water was like glass! The owner lives right next door, and was very helpful if we needed anything. We would definitely rent here again!

Hidden Gem!
This is a beautiful cottage that has everything you need to feel at home. It's extremely clean, thoughtfully decorated and stocked with all the essentials. We loved the view of the lake, sunrise and sounds of the water. It was the perfect place to cook and relax after a day of exploring. The owner was so welcoming and kind and we appreciated her hospitality. You'll be minutes away from downtown to eat or visits shops. The ferries to Mackinac Island are down the road and bridge to Mackinaw City is well under 10 miles. We loved the location and property. It was very peaceful. Thank you for sharing this home with us. Perfect in every way!

Great getaway for a recharge!
I found the Cottage on a whim on a decision to take my teenage sons and their friend away to the beach after 3 months of COVID stay at home. What a gem of a spot! Beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable cottage literally 10 steps to the beach. Catch the sunrise and easy tides in the morning and watch the westward winds bring in the waves in the evening. Canoes and kayaks on site. Fire pit was stocked with wood and ready to go. Grill fired right up. About a 7 minute drive to the market that had all we needed and a shorter drive to walk about town and on the piers. It really couldn't have been better. Just what we needed for a quick getaway.

House was exceptionally clean, great location just a few miles over the bridge, close to grocery, coffee shop and restaurants. We loved hearing the waves rolling onto the beach at night. Basket of throw blankets in the living room was great for curling up to watch a movie. A very nice relaxing retreat.

We really enjoyed staying here. A bit more quiet than we expected after reading how close it was to the road. The beach is so close! I love searching for beach glass- I had the beach to myself! This was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Lots of detail to comfort. Couldn’t find guest book, but we tried. Beds were very comfortable and sheets were VERY nice Pima cotton. Great bath towels. I wish I had known there was no foil or plastic wrap. Every rental we stay in has a leftover stash. Definitely bring your own. We will be back next year!

A perfect fall get away. A sweet & spotless cabin with a deck within a few short steps of Lake Huron. A mile from St Ignace & good restaurants, if you chose to eat out. Just the right amount of privacy without being remote. We will be back.

Excellent rental home
We were very impressed with the home, the location, the town, the area and the Lake. This home was perfect with the 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. We really could not have asked for more during our stay. I highly recommend it. We originally planned to take our four daughters but took one of our daughters and our 2 grandkids and everyone had a blast. Absolutely great view and beach. Very relaxing. The ferry to Mackinac was 3 minutes away so it was perfect for our day trips.
