Camana is een vrijstaand huis voltooid in maart 2015 en is een prachtige moderne zelfstandige accommodatie die accommodatie biedt voor maximaal acht personen. Camana ligt in Carbis Bay, St Ives op een zeer rustige locatie, op slechts 15 minuten lopen van St Ives, de haven en de stranden. Als u van een moderne, puur witte omgeving en strakke lijnen houdt, dan is onze vakantiewoning iets voor u. Het heeft parkeergelegenheid voor twee auto's - een 3e ruimte op aanvraag beschikbaar. De dichtstbijzijnde pub is The Cornish Arms en ligt op een minuut lopen. Tesco ligt ook om de hoek - een minuut lopen - handig :-)

MEER DETAILS OVER CAMANA

Camana is licht en luchtig. Beneden is alles open met een fantastische ruime keuken / woon / eetkamer perfect om te delen met familie en vrienden. Het heeft twee grote banken en een grote wit glanzende eettafel die plaats biedt aan 8 personen. Er is eikenhouten vloer met moderne meubels. Het heeft een 40 "flatscreen-tv en dvd-speler. De keuken is goed uitgerust met dubbele oven, grote Amerikaanse koelkast / vriezer, 4-pits kookplaat, broodrooster, waterkoker en beukenblokken.

Boven heeft elke slaapkamer een kingsize bed met luxe 1000 pocketveringmatrassen om de perfecte nachtrust te garanderen. Elke kamer heeft de mogelijkheid om een andere persoon te slapen op een uitschuifbaar bed (alleen geschikt voor kinderen). De slaapkamer beneden heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden met luxe 1000 pocketvering matrassen, tv + dvd.

Beneden is er een bijkeuken met wc, wasmachine / droger, katrolmeisje, wastafel en veel bergruimte.

Buiten is er een groot terras met tafel en stoelen waar u zowel in de ochtend- als avondzon kunt genieten en optimaal kunt genieten van het buitenleven. Met zee glimp, parkeerplaats voor twee auto's (3e ruimte op aanvraag), beddengoed, handdoeken, alle rekeningen en wifi, het heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een perfecte vakantie.

We hebben een niet-restitueerbare aanbetaling van 25% nodig om uw boeking te beveiligen en het saldo moet 8 weken voor uw vakantie worden betaald.

Wij vragen een borg / schoonmaakkosten van £ 150 die wordt teruggegeven nadat de woning is gecontroleerd.

Amazing house with everything you need for a great stay. Lovely patio area which was great sitting out at night. Very handy for local shops and cafes and a short walk to the beaches. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Lovely owners with great communication.

Fantastic Accommodation & Location

Staying here was a fantastic experience for me and my family we had a wide range of ages staying as I have two young children but the accommodation was more than suitable. The location was excellent with St Ives just a 15-20 minute walk into the centre, you are also a similar walk from Carbis Bay beach. The accommodation itself was clean, modern and very well thought out and suited for a family experience, you can tell the owners had really put a lot of thought into to making it a home from homes.

Camana is definitely the nicest property we have stayed at in the local area.....and we've stayed in a few. Rarely does the accommodation match the photo's but, it 100% does here. Its also immaculately clean too! Tucked away just off the main road into St Ives, Camana is in a great location. 2 minutes walk to Tesco/Costa and 5 minutes onto the coastal path. We'll be booking again for sure! Thanks

Brilliant trip

We were made to feel super welcome. The property was very modern and clean. Almost like it had just been built. We had everything we needed already provided for us and the added bonus of a Tesco litterally behind us, gave us that extra security. Great layout throughout with three large bedrooms and more space then we actually needed and we had two kids with us. A large TV was provided along with netflix and prime video so plenty to keep the kids occupied at night too. Kitchen had everything we needed and has all appliences there. Beds were very comfortable and the much needed rest following beach walks were done without issue. Thanks for a great trip.

Spacious contemporary coastal home

A beautiful light modern home really well equipped with everything needed. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. It is possible to walk by footpath down to the beach about 15 mins but be prepared for the uphill on the way back so travel light! The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, clean modern property with great facilities

Fabulous house within walking distance to 3 different beaches, even with our kids they loved the walk down and hike up from beach as an adventure. Tesco is round the corner for all those essentials as they run out with 2 families. Home opener was excellent at replying to all the questions I had and put our minds at rest. Fabulous stay and hoping to return next year.

Camana is a fantastic holiday house. It's spacious, clean and has everything our family needed. It's in a great location for exploring Cornwall, and it's got a Tesco just around the corner. We couldn't fault it. Samara was wonderful throughout all of our communications. It's obvious she cares a lot about providing a great service and making sure you enjoy your holiday and your stay at Camana. We loved it so much we're already planning our return!

Lovely winter break

We had a wonderful stay at Camana. Samara was very helpful and communicative! Convenient location with Tesco and the Southwest Coastal path and beach just steps away. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean and comfortable for our family.

a great location

A very clean, bright, spacious property, located in Carbis Bay. 15-20 minutes walk into St Ives so it is perfect if you want to stay somewhere slightly quieter than central St Ives, it has its own parking spaces and outside space so very easy to get out and about into other local areas. Tesco round the corner, Carbis Bay perfect for swimming, and a very helpful owner.

We had a fantastic time in Carbis Bay and St. Ives and loved everything about our home away from home, Camana. The space is light and airy and worked well for having friends over for dinners when we chose to eat in. Well appointed and easy to clean kitchen and functional laundry space. Our host, Samara, was wonderful and quickly responsive to any need or query. We would definitely stay again were we to return to the area and can highly recommend it to others.
