Het bevindt zich in Chy An Porth en is een bezoek waard met de gouden ster van Engeland, in een onlangs gerenoveerd gebouw, gebouwd door de vader van Virginia Woolf in de 19e eeuw. Met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan over Porthminster Beach, dicht bij het trein-en busstation, deze mooie flat heeft een ongeëvenaarde locatie met parkeergelegenheid recht tegenover. Deze gewaardeerde locatie "In Town" op The Terrace wordt omschreven als de "perfecte strandvakantie" met de beste luxe winkels, kunstgalerijen, casual of lekker eten - op slechts een steenworp afstand van uw voordeur.

Stap van de woonkamer naar het voorste balkon en u wordt direct door het spectaculaire uitzicht op de oceaan in dit openstaande moderne huis genomen. De azuurblauwe wateren, ongeëvenaarde en premiere "in de stad" locatie zijn maar het begin. Het huis heeft toptoestellen en functies overal - geen detail werd over het hoofd gezien. De Master Suite heeft een kingsize bed, een eigen douche en een televisie. De kamer heeft twee aparte bedden die kunnen worden omgezet in een super koning. De familie badkamer beschikt over een douche en een aparte bad. Extra functies zijn onder andere warmte, een wasmachine en een verwarmd droogrek. wifi, Sky TV, beddengoed en handdoeken en parkeergelegenheid op het terrein zonder extra kosten. Het appartement is volledig rookvrij, zelfs op het balkon, uit respect voor ons eigendom en onze buren.
Aan de overkant van de weg is het The Harbour Hotel, met een restaurant, een spa en een fitnessruimte en een overdekt zwembad, dat u kunt betalen voor gebruik met de dag.

Spring/Easter Break Trip

My wife, son, and I had an amazing stay in St. Ives and the beach view from the bay windows of this property was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. It made for a perfect start to every day. The property was immaculately clean and well located. The designated parking spot was a real plus and made arrival and departure a breeze in a town of notoriously tight streets. Having the basics (toilet paper, soap, and coffee and milk!) already there made for an easy start to our stay. Already looking for our next trip across rhe Pond to stay here again.

My husband, myself and 2 kids recently stayed at this place during our visit to cornwall. I was looking for something quiet and peaceful, luxurious and comfortable and definitely something with a beach view - apartment 4 was exactly what I had hoped for! The view of the sea from the loving room is breathtaking and its so close to the beach that it almost feels like you are on the beach. You can hear the waves crashing at night and just looking out at the sea at night was just soo utterly peaceful! The interior design is posh artistic and just perfect. The apartment was impeccably clean and the linen fresh and comfortable. There were age appropriate games for the kids and a reasonable collection of books as well. This place is just a fe minutes from Porthminster beach and Porthgwidden is only a 5 min drive or so. Helen the host was very easy to contact and she was super quick to respond. She made single beds up for my kids which was very thoughtful of her. Claire the manager was very helpful. She let us know the morning of our check in that the room was ready way before we were meant to check and on the day of check out it was very thoughtful of her to let us know we didn’t need to rush to check out and could take our time! Little things but it just goes to show how welcoming and wonderfully hospitable they are. Thank you for making our trip just perfect ! Needless to say we highly recommend this place to all! We will be back x Mashfika/Tanvir and the kids :)

Lovely & high spec property, comfortable beds & excellent cleanliness inside the apartment.Quite a lot of steps to apartment, no lift as discussed. Noisy from the flat above. The entry way & steps need maintenance and a good clean. Otherwise great.

Comfortable, Convenient & Chic

Comfortable luxury apartment with the added bonus of a parking space right outside. Convenient for the beach and St Ives and to just drive out and explore. Chic design with a real flair for decor. Helen was excellent at responding, despite being abroad she still called us straight away which we really appreciated. We would definitely choose to stay here again. We found one of the beds much more comfortable but it is a personal choice of how soft you like a bed and we are extremely fussy so it’s a big plus that we were happy and sleeping so well.

The idyllic half term holidays in St Ives

Amazing location for the beach, lovely property with excellent facilities. The check in process was very smooth and hassle free. This was our first time to St Ives and have to say the property facilities and location were just perfect. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. The views were amazing too. Helen, our property manager was very friendly and responsive to make our stay a good one. Restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. We will be back.

Beautiful views and great location

Overall we had a lovely time! The place was very clean, with beautiful views over Porthminster beach and only a short walk into town. The space and facilities were perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend. Suggestions for improvement: we expected some small shampoos, conditioners and body wash in the bathrooms and a hair dryer! There was also only one toilet roll in each bathroom for 6 days and no other paper products (kitchen roll/napkins). The wifi codes were also out of date in the guest book!

Luxurious!

An extremely comfortable and well equipped, very large, apartment. More a floor of a highly modernised old building really. Nice views across as the road and down to the beach. A few minutes stroll to the harbour area with shops. A shorter stroll down to the very nice beach with the great attraction of the Porthminster Beach Cafe, very high quality chef.food and with a wonderful view.
