Luxe 2 Bed Apt Carbis Bay - Zeezicht vanuit alle kamers!

Seaview is een prachtig luxe appartement op de eerste verdieping, smaakvol ingericht en gemeubileerd volgens een hoge specificatie, met een prachtig uitzicht op zee vanuit de woonkamer, beide slaapkamers, keuken en balkon. Het ligt net boven Carbis Bay Beach, een van de beste in het VK, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van de waterkant en een ideale uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de vele prachtige bezienswaardigheden die West Cornwall te bieden heeft.

De woning is licht en ruim met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Er is een goed uitgeruste keuken en een comfortabele lounge / eetkamer, die allemaal leiden naar het balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op zee tegenover St Ives. Het balkon heeft een tafel en vier stoelen en is een perfecte zonwering gedurende de middag en avond, ideaal voor een drankje terwijl u de zon ziet ondergaan!

Er zijn een flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer en beide slaapkamers, gratis WiFi en een geluidssysteem met iPhone-dock. Daarnaast is er een goed aanbod van spellen en boeken om je bezig te houden. Buiten het appartement is er een privé parkeerplaats naast bezoekersparking beschikbaar op wie het eerst komt het eerst maalt.

Carbis Bay met zijn blauwe vlag strand is een geweldige locatie en gemakkelijk te bereiken via de weg of het spoor. Het kleine treinstation op slechts een steenworp afstand brengt u binnen 3 minuten naar St Ives en is waarschijnlijk de meest schilderachtige reis die u waarschijnlijk zult maken. Als alternatief duurt een wandeling langs het kustpad met zijn adembenemende uitzicht op de baai ongeveer 20 minuten.

St Ives is een echt juweeltje met zijn geplaveide straatjes, pittoreske haven, gouden stranden en een overvloed aan galerijen en restaurants. Het is gemakkelijk te zien waarom het werd uitgeroepen tot de 'beste Britse kustplaats' voor 2012! En vergeet niet, dit is slechts een voorproefje van wat Cornwall te bieden heeft. Met het Eden Project, St. Michaels Mount, Flambards, Lands End en Paradise Park, om er maar een paar te noemen, is er echt iets voor iedereen.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaview. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes from Carbis bay beach and 20 minutes to Porthminster Beach. The scenery is beautiful, with sea views from every window of the apartment. We loved our stay and would definitely like to go back!

From the moment we walked into Seaview we felt so at home, a welcome card on the table, all we needed for a ‘cream tea’, a bottle of wine & milk in the fridge for that much needed cuppa. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, modern but with a comfortable, seaside feel. The apartment is a great size with everything you could possibly need, the sea view from every window is amazing. We had lovely weather so managed to enjoy the balcony space too. The location is perfect, about 10 mins walk down to the beach & a couple of mins walk to the station. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay & didn’t want to leave. The Carbis Bay area is one of our favourite spots in Cornwall so we will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you for having us

Stunning!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful with lovely views over Carbis Bay. It was spotlessly clean and the best equipped accommodation we have stayed in. The location is perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Our daughters said it was the best holiday they've had. Great memories made and we will definitely be returning.

WOW! The Best holiday apartment! Absolutely fantastic all round.

WOW! Just wow, was our first response. What an absolutely stunning holiday apartment!From the moment we stepped through the door we were blown away, especially with the sea views from every window.The property was immaculate and so very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks with my partner and two year old, and usually at the end of two weeks we are ready for home, but here we already felt like we were at home, it is beautifully decorated and so incredibly homely and modern. We also recognised a lot of the art work from the art studios in St Ives itself which is a lovely touch. Location is also superb! 2 minute walk to the train station into St Ives, or a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach. We have been holidaying in Cornwall every year for the past 12 years, and this is by far the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. We will all be crying on the long journey home, wishing the holiday didn’t have to end.

Comfortable, superb location, great views.

We were made very welcome by the hosts. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-equipped to make the stay very comfortable. Great views and a short walk to the beach for our daily swims. Easy to make the short train trip in/out of St Ives, although 30 min the walk around the headland is also a must do. So I would say that you get all the benefits of the bustling St Ives but with the peace and calm of Carbis Bay to stay at. Thank you, we would love to return one day.

Lovely stay and great hosts.

Check in was easy. The entire apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very homely which is what we look for when on holiday.Upon arrival there was a mishap with the bed however after a phone call with Ashley it was sorted within 20 minutes. Communication with the host was fantastic and very friendly. We will definitely be staying again!

The best stay ever

I don't know where to start , from the second we walked through the door we were blown away by how beautiful this place really is. The hosts have made this a home , not just a holiday retreat. Everything about our stay from start to finish was a dream, the area is amazing with a few minutes walk to the wonderful Carbis Bay beach or if you want you can grab the train to go into St Ives. I cant recommend this place highly enough. The flat is by far the most beautiful and relaxing place we have ever rented . Hosts score a 10/10 , cleanliness 10/10 Location 10/10 . Honestly if we could, we would have stayed forever. Views are awesome.

Wonderful Retreat

We came to Cornwall in November and this apartment gave us a perfect base to explore. We had a great parking space in front of the building. The apartment is also within minutes of the train station and a bus station. We walked to the beach at Carbis Bay, walked along the coast from St. Ives, went to Tintagel, Mousehole and the Merry Maidens stone circle, explored Penzance, all in one weekend. The apartment is clean, quiet, bright and airy. Tastefully decorated in a beachy style. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen and had everything we needed. It was also nice to have two full bathrooms and lots of space. Thank you so much, Ashley and Claire!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. It is spacious, extremely clean, well stocked and perfectly situated for the train while being quiet and secluded. Our only place to stay in Cornwall. Unbelievably comfortable, spotlessly clean, great views, cosy, easy beach and train access (a mere 3 mins on the train to St Ives for less than £2) parking space. Fabulous quality fixtures and fittings, everything you need including board games and books. amazing location (we hardly used the car as the apartment is right beside the train station or the coastal walk access to st Ives c. 30 mins). We had a wonderful week here. The weather was gladiolus, we loved it!
