This eco-retreat is settled on site at Una St Ives Resort, with its ‘upside down' layout, discover two sumptuous bedrooms on the ground floor. To the left, sits bedroom two, housing a comfortable king-size bed (which can be converted as twin singles, on request), adorned with soft linens promising a peaceful night's rest. Bedroom one is situated to the rear of the property, boasting another sumptuous king-size bed, French doors leading to your sun-drenched terrace, a television and a sleek en-suite shower room. It is certainly an inviting spot to rest your head at the end of the day. The family bathroom sits between bedroom one and two, beautifully appointed with a bath with rainfall shower head, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Head upstairs and fall in love with the gorgeous open-plan living space, complete with a contemporary kitchen, circular dining table and inviting sitting area. Beautifully styled, the space utilises sociable living, so spending time with loved ones is a breeze. The spacious kitchen area provides everything you'll need and more including; an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with ice box, air fryer, Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The beautiful round dining table is perfect for family dining, and the space flows effortlessly into the sitting area. Here, you will find two comfortable sofas to put your feet up after the day's adventures and a wall-mounted Smart television to indulge in all of your favourite shows. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors invite natural light in, while offering direct access to your private balcony, complete with a lovely outdoor table perfect for alfresco dining.

With access from the ground floor, head out onto your private decking, complete with outdoor furniture and a bubbling hot tub, just the spot for your evening sundowner or moonlit soak. Please note, the hot tub is closed during winter from the start of November to the end of February and therefore will not be available for use during this period. There are endless opportunities to unwind at Lefransa, whether that be in the comfort of your home-from-home retreat, lazing on the golden sand of Carbis Bay Beach, just a 15-minute stroll away or making use of the fantastic complimentary spa facilities which include; an indoor infinity pool, outdoor lido, fitness suite, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and discounted spa treatments.

Lefransa is situated on Una St Ives Resort, there are other properties on site, but you have your own private areas to enjoy. Please note, the outdoor swimming pool is closed between October Half Term and Easter.
The indoor pool remains open all year round but please do check opening times as these are subject to change (Christmas opening times vary).
