The spacious backyard offers a propane grill and games like corn hole and horseshoes. Little ones will love the beach toys, highchair, and pack-and-play, while adults relax in Adirondack chairs, soothed by birdsong. Park in the two-car garage or driveway (fits multiple vehicles). No pets; unfenced yard. Walk to Beacon 315 restaurant (20 min) or Waterway Park (10–15 min), featuring a play area, volleyball net, picnic area with a charcoal grill, and pier.

Please be aware that guests do not have access to the owner parking lot at the Beach Club. Paid parking is available along the street. The center is 8 miles from the house.
