'Very welcoming staff at reception. Excellent location. Room can use some ergonomic improvements, for example, there is only one pillow on the bed, so reading is not easy. The TV is placed so high up on the wall across from the bed that it's really uncomfortable to look at. Lower the TV so that some in bed (the only possible place to see it) can view it without neck pains. More pillows would partial resolve this issue. I've stayed at this hotel more than twenty times. The location is perfect.'

"Noise! No way to sleep here. The waste pipes from above run behind the bathroom wall with no insulation, it like multiple showers and toilets flushed all night.
