'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'I had an amazing time at Hawksbill Resort. The rooms were always kept clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was excellent—perfect for staying comfortable throughout the day. I stayed in a garden bungalow, which still offered a beautiful, clear view of the ocean, making the experience even more special.
