Our house rules are that people can bring 1 dog only through pre arrangement with the owner which you didn’t do. Next you were disrespectful and started to argue with me when I explained to you that extra charges apply when bringing a dog. Your reaction was that you wanted a refund and that you would find your self another place to stay. You didn’t need a refund because I never charge people before arrival and I didn’t charge you for canceling even though I could have because of my cancellation policy. It is a sad thing that is always the people who don’t get away with what they wanted to get away with who post reviews like this. The good thing is that people who are looking for a nice place to stay are aware of things like that and make reservations with us anyway. We wish you all the best !

Our Lodge is built on 100 acres of private land and we offer our guests a lot of comfort and privacy. Next to their room, our guests have a 2400 square feet lodge at their disposal with a full installed kitchen with all kitchen features, Smart TV, High Speed Internet, several lounge areas and huge porches and terraces with panoramic view. We are sorry to hear that this was not within your expectations.
