🌇 Welcome to the 30th floor
The lift opens and the sea is already in front of you. This is 120 m² on the thirtieth floor of Mercury Tower — full-height glazing on every wall, two double bedrooms, two marble bathrooms, and a terrace running the entire glazed side of the apartment. Deep cream sofas around a low table, facing a dark walnut media wall with a brass-framed TV above a built-in decorative fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling glass slides open to the terrace, and the light changes all day.

A one-off oval dining table in onyx and burl, ringed with bouclé armchairs against the glass — dinner with the whole bay in front of you. The kitchen behind it is dark veneer and white marble, with an induction hob set into the island, a built-in oven and a breakfast bar with two stools. Kettle, toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine on the counter.

A double bed against a woven linen headboard, its own wall-mounted TV, a brass console that doubles as a dressing table, an ensuite bathroom, and a sliding door straight onto the terrace. You wake up looking at the sea.
