The apartment features everything you need for a comfortable stay & it offers 3 inviting bedrooms, all featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen & a spacious living area with a Smart-TV.

High-speed Wifi & AC in all rooms included.

Sliema is one of Malta's most sought-after areas, known for its beautiful promenade, bustling atmosphere, and easy access to the beach. Enjoy leisurely walks along the waterfront, explore local shops and cafes, or take a short trip to Paceville and St. Julian's for a taste of Malta's vibrant nightlife.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Sliema making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Sliema.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Sliema but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
