'This place was a last minute stop on our trip to New Orleans. I was feeling well and had to find a place to rest. The staff was phenomenal! From check-in to check out and even the breakfast staff…they were all so kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I haven’t seen that in a long time in any business. This place is doing something right to have staff enjoying their day and spreading the joy. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. '

The price paid through Xpedia was reasonable, I would not use the phone number advertised for reservations as it appeared routed to a call center and was a significantly higher price than online booking price. "The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!"
