We enjoyed our stay at the property. Our 4th floor room was very clean and very spacious. Bed was quite comfortable and the bath was very large. We will stay again in the future and recommend to others.

Didn't like the fact that there was no linens on the bed and when I called the desk they said we could come get them so had to get the linens and make my own bed and the bathroom was dirty hair in the tub and used soap and the only vending machine was out of order and the heater made loud noise when it ran not a very good experience at all very disappointed

The hotel is a good deal for the money. Mostly quiet with some weekend night hallway noise but not bad. Staff was very friendly. Property was a bit outdated but everything worked. I would label it No Frills and Nothing Fancy

We were greeted by someone who barely made eye contact and seemed annoyed to help us. She also made me give her my i.d even though my husband was the one who booked. The room had a few random hairs and the breakfast was laughable, does anyone want oatmeal in a to go cup? I won't be staying here again.

Flat out avoid. Plenty of other hotels.
Slow service at check in. We had to stand at the desk in the middle of the night for nearly 15 minutes due to bein charged 3 times because the lady at the counter had an error on her screen she interpreted as a card error even though we told her it said approved on the card reader screen. Also in the room the toilet leaked at the wall, there was hair in shower, 2 of the lights on the wall didn’t work, and the room smelled like smoke…

Clean, Safe, No Frills.
The hotel was clean and serviceable. No frills. Was informed at registration that there was no ice machine. Room was clean but lacked coffee maker, hair blow dryer, and any glasses or plates. Strange for an extended stay hotel. Breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars, and instant oat meal. Definitely not worth the price if the rate quoted. Yet it was clean and safe.

The desk clerk was very nice and the lobby looked updated but as you walk down the hallway where the rooms are they look old. The room was very simple and looked to be a simple update but the bathroom was out dated and the tub and shower looked old. Everything seemed clean.

I had the pleasure of working with Isaiah & Gina and they were absolutely wonderful! After reading the reviews I was hesitant about choosing this property but decided to go see it for myself. WOW! Stay away.
The room was worth about 1/2 what I paid. In fact the price via Extended Stay America website was alot less than Hotels.com. The small room had tile floor, the fixture in the shower had not been installed properly. The fixture worked, but just added to the cheap feel of the whole room. I asked for a wake-up call and was told that sometimes they do it, and sometimes they don't, depending on who worked the desk in the morning. Free breakfast was envelopes of instant oatmeal and hot chocolate, and individually wrapped muffins you can get at a convenient store.

Ice machine rotor sounds like a woman screaming and it goes off constantly. Mattress is old enough to vote. Shower head bracket was broken so the head fell off constantly. Grab and go breakfast is a handful of snack bars and tiny vending machine muffins, and most of it will be gone by 630am. I will not stay here again

Mediocre at best
Maybe we just aren’t used to staying at an extended stay hotel, but there wasn’t a coffee maker in w room. No shower curtain. Had to go down and ask for one because no one would answer the phone. Was told that their cordless was non functioning. The bathroom had dark body hair all over. The one good thing that I have to say is that the staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to help us.

This property was very clean, and smelled great. My stay was great. My ONLY problem I had was after coming in at 2am and my card did not work to my door, and there was not a soul to help assist me. I called a officer to help, and he did the best he can. After deciding not to just sleep in my car, I decided to go to another hotel to stay because I was locked out of my paid hotel room. It was a very horrible inconvenience. Because of this, I will never return.
