Great self-contained room with everything Nulu has to offer on your doorstep..1st night there was some live music going on at across the street at Taj bar which kept me awake , but apart from that little bump i cannot fault the room... they have lots more in the back further away from street so worth checking. Excellent stay and will def return if im back !!'

'They were over an hour from check-in getting us a room, there was barely any place to wait while we waited on them to have a room. We asked if we could utilize the pool in the meantime, we were told no. We lost over 1.5 hours of being able to use that amenity which is what we came for. When we did finally get a room, and were able to utilize the pool, there was not seating and you could barely get anyone else in the pool. For $350 a night, I expected more from this resort.'

'We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!'

'Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location to downtown Louisville. Disconnect between Expedia listing of amenities and actual hotel offerings. Example, NO FREE PARKING, it's $22 per day, NO airport shuttle service. Hotel desk staff does not answer incoming phone calls. Calls are routed to a call service which was not helpful on specific concerns.'
