'Is exactly what you can expect from an easyhotel. Affordable price for a small room. Would not pay more than 50 pounds as that is enough. The floor-layering (pvc or such) in the room was detaching from the base floor which made it a bit look old. Surroundings from the hotel seem nice, we arrived late and left early so cannot fully judge. The room was clean.'

'Even though there are positives in that this hotel is located in a quiet area and has ample parking I do not know how it is rated a 4 star. The decor is from the 70’s and needs a serious update. Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. The carpets need replacing and there is no ramp into the reception area so you have to carry any luggage up and down stairs. No fridge in the room either. The wi-if was so bad I couldn’t have a 5 minute...

'Kesgrave Hall is,a beautiful place.Unfortunately there was a few things that would of made us enjoy our stay more.The garden was lovely but it was a beautiful day and the only place we could sit to drink our delicious Apparrel Sprits and Dark and Stormy drinks were in the Smoking area it would of been nice to have somewhere more casual to sit and enjoy the ambience.
