'During our July 3, 2026 stay at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, we experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted our visit. We were unable to access our original room after several failed key attempts and multiple trips to the front desk before being upgraded due to a broken door lock. 'Closer to the venues!'

'It’s located right near the stadium that’s why we booked it. It’s walkable which was very nice. It has free breakfast and that was a plus. Valet is mandatory and 48 a day. There’s no where else to park. The street parking is limited to 4 hours. Definitely keep that in mind. It’s right off the highways and the street noise made it hard to sleep. The room was decent and clean. There’s a park next door.'

'Remodeling going on in various areas. A lot of dust in lobby around the construction. Rooms phone was not hooked up just sitting on the table. Went to the desk to get more towels, when asking about the phone she just said yeah some are not hooked up yet. What? Yet you rented the room. Weird.'

'Awesome room. Easy to access. Perfect location. Just make sure you use the Valet. We just parked in the garage and nearly got towed!'

'Positives: The property is in a good location to walk to Great American Ballpark (it takes about 10 minutes). I liked the valet service. Made it very easy to pull in and unload. The hotel is very nice upon first walking in. Negatives: Upon first walking in the room, it was about 85 degrees on an already super hot day. It took awhile to get the air down to around 72. I noticed immediately that the sheets on the king bed were inside out. That’s very odd for a nice hotel. The room was clean,...

'Our ac didn’t work well in on of our rooms and the hotel was full but the staff was very nice and found us some fans which was helpful'

'Arrived at 6:30 pm to check in and was told that our room was not ready. Talked to a manager who got us into a room immediately. Didn’t realize until later in the evening that there were only two hand towels in the room. There were no washcloths or bath towels. Tried to call the front desk but the phone cord was disconnected. Reconnected the cord on the wall under the bed and found that floor was covered in dust and lint. No one answered any of the extensions I called so apparently the phone in...

'We arrived early on Thursday and we were able to check in with the help of the front desk. I didn’t get her name but she was super helpful getting us into a room. Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs and our bagels were excellent. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cincinnati.'
