'My rating is a low 4/5. Check in was terrible. We arrived well after check in time after a long flight and they couldnt find our booking. We waited around for over an hour before they "found" our room. Got into the room and there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor tiles were not cleaned properly. The other staff at the restaurants, Host cafe and security personnel were polite and friendly'

'A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. '
