'The room was truly spotless. The blackout curtains were great for a good night sleep. However, the soap for the bathroom fell apart in your hands. The shower was a bit short for a tall person. I would suggest the dispenser, shampoo and bath soap like other hotels have.'

'1. There is no mention of stairs in the property description. We were a party of 4 seniors, and climbing 2 flights of stairs was difficult. Yes, you said there was no elevator, but failed to mention stairs.2. The bed sheets need to be replaced! They have been used so much that there are tiny fabric balls on the sheets. (See pics)'
