Prima hotel midden in de stad met zwembad op het dak. Je loopt zo naar de zee die dichtbij is. Gratis parkeren voor het hotel.

Fijne accomodatie, heel nette kamers, modern, ruim, balkon. Personeel bijna allemaal vriendelijk. Fitnessruimte is een lachtertje, 3 kapotte apparaten, absoluut niet ok. Fohn is meer een zuchtje wind.

Een super net hotel zeer vriendelijk en rustig zeer goede ligging , zeker een aanrader .

Vergane glorie mislukt opgeknapt
Dit hotel pretendeert veel, maar maakt het niet waar. Kamer was erg klein en onlogisch ingedeeld. Airco veroorzaakte poolkou of deed eigenlijk niets. Het 'riante' zwembad op het dak is in werkelijkheid een pierebadje. Absoluut geen 4 sterren waard!

Top hotel! Ligt super centraal.
Allereerst vonden wij de locatie super. Vanuit het hotel worden verschillende excursies geregeld waarbij je voor de deur werd opgehaald, erg fijn! Hotel was netjes, schoon en de medewerkers aaardig!

Hotel vlak bij strand en winkels
De ligging van het hotel is erg prettig. Vlak bij het strand en de winkels. Elke avond hebben we wel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Jammer is wel dat er relatief weinig bedjes in de schaduw zijn bij het zwembad en bij 35 graden ga ik niet vrijwillig vol in de zon liggen. De kamers hebben allemaal nieuwe badkamers. De bedden zijn prima.

Riguardo alla struttura ,purtroppo nel periodo in cui siamo stati ospiti,la piscina interna con iacuzzi ,non era disponibile cosi non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire,quanto nel pacchetto era inclusa. Riguardo al transfert prenotato e pagato con voi,per l'andata e stato regolare,ma per il trasporto all'aereoporto,il taxi e arrivato alle ore 15,00 mentre doveva venire alle ore 18,00,in quanto il volo era per le 20,45,cosi abbiamo dovuto pagare nuovamente un taxj chiamato dall'hotel,!

room not ready on time, no electric sockets at side off bed, took nearly an hour to find us an extension lead to plug my husbands oxygen in, couldn't get a drink at happy hour, not enough staff, no proper queuing system, on the good side room large, clean and comfortable, staff pleasant, food in dining room good and outside happy hour getting a drink was okay and avalible staff attentive.

Dejligt hotel og ok mad, vi havde bestilt halvpension og der manglede intet. Desværre ventede vi 45 minutter ud over vores faktiske tid for at overtage vores værelse. Havde et værelse på 1. sal, hvilket var fint, men der kunne høres meget larm under musikunderholdning i baren en af ​​dagene. This property is in a central location and has excellent facilities. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms very spacious and clean.We have stayed at this hotel 7 times now and would delivery recommend it to others.

Lage des Hotels allg gut, Zimmer fällt fast auseinder, WiFi funktioniert nicht wirklich (schlecht da wir im Hotel arbeiten wollten, überall im Hotel sind Ameisen, das Personal kann einem nicht helfen. Einen late-checkout hätten wir am Abreisetag erfragen können -> bringt einem dann auch nichts mehr wenn man schon wach ist. Nicht zu empfehlen.

I checked out of here two days early to move to another hotel. My room had quite a few mosquitos, the air conditioning wasn’t available until the end of the month and my room was too warm to sleep comfortably. But not having any outlets on either side of the bed was the clincher for me because I use a CPAP machine to sleep. The staff tried hard to make it right by providing a power strip extension cord, and offered to spray the room to rid the mosquitos, but I simply wanted to find another place and enjoy some restful sleep.

La mia esperienza può definirsi positiva perchè in questo hotel ho riscontrato abbastanza professionalità, la sua posizione è ottima per potere spostarsi rapidamente verso ogni dove dell'isola di Malta, in quanto a 2 passi dal terminal dei bus, e il servizio colazione è veramente eccellente, in quanto ben fornito e per tutti i gusti.

Malta connection
Arrived a little early as we were leaving from another hotel in a different part of Malta before arriving at the Santana, we were impressed with the outside appearance of the hotel until we tried to mount the stairs in the pouring rain, my husbands on crutches and although there is a ramp it was to steep and slick with the rain for him to use safely, after 5mins of struggling up the steps with 2 suitcases and helping my husband being watched by a staff member (no offer of help) I booked us in, as early was told we could put our luggage in storage and our room would be ready at 2pm, okay went into a lounge area for the football asked for keys at 2.15 not ready, seems a balcony had to be re-cleaned due to the rain!!, around 20mins later the receptionist arrived with keys, ground floor room lots of space, clean, tidy and disabled friendly, lifts to restaurant and indoor pool, buffet breakfast, plenty of and good selection, dining area better quality than others in the area, check out quick and easy and as going to a further hotel we were allowed to store luggage and watch the football, overall as this was a single nights stay we would book again for a longer period

Whenever I visit Malta this is the only hotel I ever book. Over the years there have been many enhancements to the property and the Santana just keeps getting better and better. Staff are always friendly and the hotel is situated in the perfect spot to get to anywhere on the island with the bus station very close by. Last visit I got upgraded to an executive suite, so thank you Santana! :) Only one slight niggle, the linen and towels are the next thing to upgrade, they’re all a bit thin and worn. But overall, a brilliant place to stay.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Busbahnhof ist sehr praktisch, der Hop-on-hop-off-Bus hält direkt am Hotel Das Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr reichhaltig und gut, es gibt sogar richtig starken Espresso. Der Dachpool ist schön, mit Blick über die St. Paul's Bay. Leider hatte ich als Einzelreisender ein recht kleines Zimmer mit noch kleinerem Balkon bekommen, auf diesem standen eingekeilt zwei Stühle und ein Tischchen, so dass ich kaum mehr Platz hatte, auch sind die Balkone sehr eng aufeinander gepflastert, Privatsphäre gibt es da nicht. Wenn das Haus gut ausgelastet ist kommen die Aufzüge an ihre Grenzen. TV hat auch deutsche Sender. Da ich nicht so viel im Zimmer war und die Aussicht vom Balkon aus auch nicht so berauschend war (Parkplatz), war ich insgesamt zufrieden und habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Albergo pulito, con personale disponibile ed efficiente. Unica pecca. La spa ha la sauna che deve essere attivata in anticipo su prenotazione. Per il resto consigliabilissimo.

We stay often here
There was an issue on check out - reception team hassled me for a payment (which had been paid). I showed receipt and then emailed it to them. Their admin issue was not mine to sort. We had an unexpected knock on our door at 0200hrs. There should be tighter security on who they let into the hotel. We were two females and the man wanted to join us in our room! We were shocked as he had clearly followed us. Reception team were not interested in this report. We stay often here and this was the first poor service we have had
