Welcome Travellers to our stunning 3BR apartment situated in the peaceful town of Xemxija, where every day is a feast for the eyes with its breathtaking Seaview!

Upon entering our home you will be welcomed by large bright living space with a large SOFA with TV & a fully equipped kitchen making it perfect for any length of stay.

The beauty of this apartment is the large terrace, offering stunning panoramic views, perfect for those who cherish sunrises and sunsets!

High-speed Wi-Fi, & AC incl.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, the main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite. Second bedroom has 2 joined single beds while the last bedroom includes one double bed and one of the rooms also has access to the private back balcony.

Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms. One of the bathroom is an en-suite with a walk-in shower while the other is available for all guests and has a bathtub.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
