'Great'

'Nice location!!!'

'Ramada is conveniently located at the start of the mall road. We were given a valley view room- but the wing is not connected to the main hotel. It was rainy and cold and we had get wet to get to our room. The hotel can better construct a covered pathway between the two wings. The pathway is also very cluttered and poorly maintained. Our room was spacious but 3 three things poorly affected our stay- 1) The shower head did not work 2) The drain was clogged with hair from previous guests. 3)...

'I give them bonus points for location and hospitality. The property needs minor repairs and pest control for cockroaches.'

'Room needs to be cleaner'

'It was very peaceful & quite'

'HVAC systems could be better, there was foul smell from the bathroom entering into the room.'

'Unclean rooms and bedsheets. No hot water.'

'Rooms are not that good old infrastructure and very small roads'

'Excellent staff. Access to property is difficult but location compensates for it. Pl leave early if you have a flight to catch as you may get stuck in school traffic near the property.'

'I am not satisfied with hospitality staff. Rooms were unclean unhygenic and a lot of disturbance from outside place. At the time of booking room is differnt and which is allocated both are different'

'Provided us the worst room, which was completely different from what shown on the site. The room was stinking and felt like it had not been used for weeks. After multiple arguments, they shifted us to the other room, which was somewhat better but not the same as shown on the site. The restaurant area was occupied by some men who were shouting and drinking and looked shady.'

'Great staff. Very responsive and respectful '
