The cleaning staff are quick, they came in while we were having breakfast and cleaned and made the bed and were gone by the time we came back.'

'At the beginning no airco available so we send an e-mail to the head office. Our airco was broken & we had to wait for 2 days to get a new room. The staff did everything they could to help us but they had to wait too long as well until a decision was made by the head office of Bella Vista. We finally received a new & more modern room with airco. Free wifi for 1 week as a form of recompensation was also provided.'

'J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse propre. La salle de bain avec une belle baignoire /jacuzzi et une magnifique douche à l'italienne au style très épuré.
L'installation extérieure avec piscine et transat est un vrai lieu de détente et d'évasion.
L'hôtel est proche de toutes les commodités avec des lignes de bus à quelques pas.
Pour finir le personnel est au petit soin et très disponible c'est toujours agréable d'avoir des personnes aussi gentilles.

"Wat een top hotel! Wij verbleven hier 8 dagen. Ten eerste was de kamer onwijs mooi, schoon en met een leuk uitzicht. Ook het personeel was geweldig. Altijd aardig, 24-7 aanwezig en goede service. Ook was het op loopafstand van het drukkere gebied van st’ Julians wat echt top was. Geen geluidsoverlast. Ontbijt was ook lekker, vers en goed verzorgd. Al met al was het een top verblijf."

Our room was spacious and the pool areas are nice and cool. There was limited entertainment, just live music in the evening. The airco in our room wasn't very efficient. The service at both restaurants was not great. In Juniper they were very nice, but slow. In Ombre the waiters were kind, but one of the evening hosts was not nice and even rude. At the reception it also varied. Lara was amazing welcoming us and always greeted us with a smile, but other people were less helpful and kind. When we asked for an extra bed for our son, the only one that was able to find a solution was Pepa, who was in charge of cleaning our room and did an excellent choice. In general it was a very good stay, but there are a lot of things that can be easily improved. "
