Access to a large east-south-west-facing balcony, furnished with patio furniture, a parasol, and a beach chair. Bedroom with a large box-spring bed; in the attic, two beds and seating; shower room/toilet; separate toilet; storage room.

Fitted kitchen with ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, egg cooker, dish towels and dishcloths, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer, and dryer (dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent included), satellite LCD TV in all living rooms and bedrooms, free internet access, ample dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. Insect screens.

Bedding, towel set, and bath towel (not for the beach) included per person; free Wi-Fi. Also available is a parking space in the carport, as well as a bike rack and a clothes drying rack. A crib and high chair are available upon request.

Location Description
It doesn’t get much better than this —the apartment is located on a quiet one-way street, just a few minutes’ walk from the dunes and the 12-kilometer-long St. Peter-Ordinger sandy beach. The lively spa district with its wellness center and the Dünentherme are just as close. Tennis courts, a golf course, a large children’s playground, and horseback riding facilities are all nearby. There’s also a bus stop, shopping, and numerous cafes and restaurants.
